【摘要】：近十年,隨著各種先進技術在出版行業(yè)中的應用,數字出版日趨顯露迅猛發(fā)展之勢,使出版行業(yè)煥發(fā)出青春和活力。目前,數字出版正以如火如荼之勢席卷全球出版行業(yè),今年以來,數字出版行業(yè)的各個組成部分:內容提供商、設備提供商、技術服務商都在紛紛使出各種招數搶占數字出版市場。 電子書的出版在數字出版行業(yè)中占據舉足輕重的地位,是重要的出版形態(tài)。以傳統(tǒng)出版社和文學類網站為代表的內容提供商意欲研制自己的電子書閱讀設備,力求打通電子書產業(yè)鏈;以電子書閱讀器生產商為代表的設備提供商重金購買內容資源,目標也是雄踞整個電子書產業(yè);在電子書產業(yè)中,以經營電子書運營平臺為主要業(yè)務的技術服務商積極與傳統(tǒng)出版社、電子書閱讀器生產商展開合作,其最終著眼點是電子書產業(yè)的全面貫通。通過分析發(fā)現(xiàn),以上各方的發(fā)力焦點都是數字版權的爭奪。 數字技術的先進性使得數字出版物的復制和傳播非常方便快捷且成本極為低廉,版權這一使傳統(tǒng)出版?zhèn)涫芗灏镜恼n題,在數字出版時代顯得尤其重要。通過對國內外電子書發(fā)展狀況進行分析、比較,參考國外電子書盈利模式的解決方案,探討在數字版權環(huán)境下,我國電子書的最佳盈利模式走向,從而為解決我國電子書出版、數字出版發(fā)展的根本問題提供理論上的借鑒和思考。
[Abstract]:In the past ten years, with the application of various advanced technologies in the publishing industry, digital publishing is gradually showing the trend of rapid development, which makes the publishing industry glow with youth and vitality. At present, digital publishing is sweeping the global publishing industry in full swing. Since this year, various components of the digital publishing industry: content providers, equipment providers, Technology service providers are using all kinds of tactics to seize the digital publishing market. The publication of electronic books plays an important role in the digital publishing industry and is an important publishing form. Content providers, represented by traditional publishing houses and literature websites, intend to develop their own e-book reading equipment and strive to open the e-book industry chain. The goal is also to dominate the entire e-book industry, in which technology service providers, whose main business is operating e-book platforms, are actively working with traditional publishers and e-book reader manufacturers. Its ultimate focus is the full penetration of the e-book industry. Through analysis, it is found that the focus of the above parties is the scramble for digital rights. The advancement of digital technology makes the reproduction and dissemination of digital publications very convenient and fast, and the cost is extremely low. Copyright, a subject that makes traditional publishing suffer greatly, is particularly important in the era of digital publishing. By analyzing and comparing the development of domestic and foreign e-books, referring to the solutions of foreign e-book profit models, this paper discusses the trend of the best profit mode of e-books in our country under the environment of digital rights, so as to solve the problem of e-book publishing in China. The fundamental problems in the development of digital publishing provide theoretical reference and reflection.
