【摘要】：【目的】針對目前我國區(qū)域科技期刊發(fā)展存在問題,提出區(qū)域科技期刊未來發(fā)展對策,以促進我國科技期刊能夠滿足科技創(chuàng)新需求,并制定與區(qū)域科技、產(chǎn)業(yè)、學科發(fā)展相匹配的科技期刊發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略�！痉椒ā吭谂c江蘇省經(jīng)濟、社會和科技發(fā)展相匹配視角下,分析江蘇省科技期刊發(fā)展存在問題,并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策�！窘Y(jié)果】通過調(diào)整期刊宏觀布局,深化集群建設(shè),拓寬辦刊國際視野,制定有效政策,重視數(shù)字出版與開放獲取,提升期刊傳播力與影響力,加強期刊復合型人才培養(yǎng),將江蘇省科技期刊打造為國內(nèi)國際一流期刊。【結(jié)論】針對江蘇省科技期刊發(fā)展問題的對策和建議,可以為其他省市甚至全國科技期刊發(fā)展提供發(fā)展導向和拓展空間。
[Abstract]:[objective] in view of the problems existing in the development of regional sci-tech periodicals in China, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of regional sci-tech periodicals, so as to promote the development of sci-tech periodicals in China to meet the needs of scientific and technological innovation, and to formulate regional science and technology and industry. The development strategy of sci-tech periodicals matched with the development of science and technology. [methods] from the perspective of matching the economic, social and scientific development of Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of sci-tech periodicals in Jiangsu Province. The corresponding development countermeasures are put forward. [results] by adjusting the macro-layout of periodicals, deepening the construction of clusters, broadening the international perspective of running journals, making effective policies, attaching importance to digital publishing and opening up access, and enhancing the dissemination power and influence of periodicals, Strengthen the training of the compound talents of the periodicals, and make the sci-tech periodicals of Jiangsu Province into the first-class periodicals in China and the world. [conclusion] the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the sci-tech periodicals in Jiangsu Province are put forward. It can provide development guidance and expansion space for other provinces and cities and even the development of national sci-tech periodicals.
