媒介融合背景下專業(yè)出版商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:媒介融合時(shí)代改變了媒介市場(chǎng)的內(nèi)部環(huán)境和整體格局,不同媒介之間的界限變得模糊,為數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中的專業(yè)出版帶來(lái)新的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)專業(yè)出版商業(yè)模式的要素產(chǎn)生了深刻影響,并且推動(dòng)了專業(yè)出版?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)與新興產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的融合,促進(jìn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合與治理,催生了帶有深刻媒介融合烙印的全媒體出版,定制(知識(shí)服務(wù))出版,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌出版等創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式的出現(xiàn)。本文以媒介融合時(shí)代到來(lái),專業(yè)出版發(fā)展勢(shì)頭強(qiáng)勁為,新的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境帶來(lái)的新的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新要求為背景,分析了專業(yè)出版在數(shù)字化進(jìn)程中產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模式,在線服務(wù)模式,廣告模式等經(jīng)典商業(yè)模式,及其在媒介融合背景下受到的影響,如產(chǎn)品的多元化,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施智能化,支付手段移動(dòng)化等積極影響,以及內(nèi)容良莠不齊,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分工混亂,用戶體驗(yàn)不佳等的消極影響。同時(shí),對(duì)媒介融合背景下的全媒體出版,定制出版,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)眾籌出版等創(chuàng)新模式進(jìn)行了探討分析,通過(guò)對(duì)人民軍醫(yī)出版社的全媒體出版的分析,闡述全媒體出版在專業(yè)出版領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,通過(guò)對(duì)定制出版在我國(guó)的嘗試,設(shè)想定制出版在我國(guó)專業(yè)出版,尤其是教材出版領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的未來(lái),分析了專業(yè)出版的眾籌優(yōu)勢(shì),具體運(yùn)作方式,以及專業(yè)出版通過(guò)眾籌方式完成的出版活動(dòng)。希望能為專業(yè)出版的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新帶來(lái)些許啟發(fā)。最后通過(guò)對(duì)專業(yè)商業(yè)模式要素的拆分和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的提取,從規(guī)避媒介融合對(duì)專業(yè)出版商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的消極影響,實(shí)現(xiàn)積極影響,借助新興商業(yè)模式帶來(lái)的創(chuàng)新靈感出發(fā),提出從產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,行業(yè)平臺(tái)建設(shè)與創(chuàng)新,用戶體驗(yàn)創(chuàng)新等方面進(jìn)行媒介融合背景下專業(yè)出版商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的具體路徑。
[Abstract]:The era of media convergence has changed the internal environment and the overall pattern of the media market, and the boundary between different media has become blurred, which brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of professional publishing in the process of digitization. It has a profound influence on the elements of the professional publishing business model, and promotes the integration of the professional publishing tradition and the emerging industry chain, promotes the integration and governance of the industrial chain, and gives birth to the all-media publishing with the deep media integration mark. Customization (knowledge services) publishing, Internet crowdfunding publishing and other innovative business models. Based on the arrival of the era of media convergence and the strong development momentum of professional publishing, this paper analyzes the database model and online service model of professional publishing in the process of digitization, as well as the new business model innovation requirements brought by the new industrial environment. Classic business models, such as advertising models, and their impact in the context of media convergence, such as product diversification, intelligent infrastructure, mobile payment methods, mixed content, and a chaotic division of labour in the industrial chain, Negative effects of poor user experience. At the same time, the paper discusses and analyzes the innovative modes of all-media publishing, customized publishing, Internet crowdfunding publishing and so on under the background of media integration, and analyzes the all-media publishing of the people's military Medical Publishing House. This paper expounds the application of all-media publishing in the field of professional publishing, through the attempt of custom-made publishing in our country, conceive the future of the development of custom-made publishing in our country, especially in the field of textbook publishing, and analyses the advantages of crowdfunding of professional publishing. Specific operation mode, as well as professional publishing through crowdfunding way to complete the publishing activities. Hope to bring some inspiration for professional publishing business model innovation. Finally, through the separation of professional business model elements and the extraction of key points in the industrial chain, from the negative impact of media convergence on the innovation of professional publishing business model, the positive impact is realized. With the help of the innovation inspiration brought by the new business model, this paper puts forward the specific path of the innovation of professional publishing business model under the background of media integration from the aspects of product innovation, service innovation, industry platform construction and innovation, user experience innovation and so on.
