【摘要】：正為了進一步貫徹黨的十八屆三中全會全面深化改革的方針,落實國家有關(guān)文化體制改革和繁榮哲學社會科學的精神和部署,檢閱辦刊成績,總結(jié)辦刊經(jīng)3金,進一步推動辦刊機制改革和刊物質(zhì)量提升,經(jīng)研究并報請教育部社科司批準,全國高等學校文科學報研究會于2014年6—7月開展了第五屆評優(yōu)活動,同時為從事編輯工作三十年以上的學報同仁頒發(fā)"玉筆獎"。在各會員單位自愿申報,各省、市、自治區(qū)學報研究會初評的基礎(chǔ)上,學會分別組織有關(guān)專家通過會議評審方式,采取統(tǒng)一評分、專家
[Abstract]:In order to further implement the policy of deepening reform in an all-round way at the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, to implement the spirit and arrangement of the state on the reform of the cultural system and the prosperity of philosophy and social sciences, to review the results of the publication, and to sum up the running of the magazine by three gold medals. Further promoting the reform of the publishing mechanism and the improvement of the quality of publications. After studying and submitting to the Department of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education for approval, the National Society for the study of Liberal Arts Journals of higher Education launched its fifth evaluation of excellence in June and July 2014. At the same time for the editorial work for more than 30 years of journal colleagues awarded the "Jade Pen Award." On the basis of voluntary application by member units and preliminary evaluation of journals of various provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the Society organizes relevant experts to adopt a unified scoring system and experts by means of meetings and reviews.
