【摘要】：【目的】了解我國(guó)期刊編輯的科研活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀,探討促進(jìn)期刊編輯參與科研活動(dòng)的策略�！痉椒ā烤幹�"期刊編輯參與科研活動(dòng)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查"問(wèn)卷,采取網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)放與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查的方式對(duì)我國(guó)期刊編輯展開(kāi)調(diào)查�！窘Y(jié)果】調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的有效回收率為60.34%。結(jié)果顯示:僅六成編輯組織或參與編輯學(xué)課題、非編輯學(xué)類(lèi)課題,其中自然科學(xué)類(lèi)期刊編輯參與率較高(P0.01);期刊編輯參與科研活動(dòng)的3大障礙為工作時(shí)間不允許、沒(méi)有經(jīng)費(fèi)和非編輯類(lèi)科研成果不認(rèn)同;工作需要和政策導(dǎo)向是驅(qū)使編輯進(jìn)行科研活動(dòng)的主要因素;最有效的激勵(lì)政策為職稱(chēng)評(píng)比需要�！窘Y(jié)論】期刊編輯參與科研活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀不樂(lè)觀。明確科研地位、強(qiáng)化科研意識(shí)、支持多向發(fā)展、打造優(yōu)勢(shì)平臺(tái)、增設(shè)激勵(lì)政策是促進(jìn)期刊編輯參與科研活動(dòng)的有效策略。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the current situation of periodical editors' scientific research activities in China, and to explore the strategies to promote journal editors' participation in scientific research activities. [methods] to compile the questionnaire of Journal Editors' participation in Scientific Research activities,The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire is 60.34.The results show that only 60% of editors organize or participate in editorial subjects, while non-editorial subjects, in which the editorial participation rate of natural science journals is higher than that of natural science journals, and the three major obstacles for journal editors to participate in scientific research activities are that the working time is not allowed.The work needs and policy orientation are the main factors driving editors to carry out scientific research activities.The most effective incentive policy is the need for professional title evaluation. [conclusion] the current situation of journal editors participating in scientific research activities is not optimistic.It is an effective strategy to promote journal editors to participate in scientific research activities by clarifying scientific research status, strengthening scientific research consciousness, supporting multi-direction development, building advantage platform and adding incentive policy.
