【摘要】:本文結(jié)合廣西師范大學(xué)出版社跨國(guó)收購(gòu)與管理的初步經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)跨國(guó)出版集團(tuán)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理進(jìn)行了三個(gè)方面的探討并得出結(jié)論:我們應(yīng)以實(shí)事求是的態(tài)度對(duì)待與處理跨國(guó)管理中的文化差異問(wèn)題;跨國(guó)出版企業(yè)一體化管理的核心是全球人力資源的合理配置;最大限度地發(fā)揮海內(nèi)外協(xié)同效應(yīng)是做大影響力的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Based on the experience of transnational acquisition and management of Guangxi normal University Press, This paper probes into the management and management of transnational publishing groups in China in three aspects and draws a conclusion: we should treat and deal with the cultural differences in transnational management in a practical and realistic manner; The core of the integrated management of multinational publishing enterprises is the rational allocation of global human resources, and the effective means of making great influence is to maximize the synergistic effect at home and abroad.
