【摘要】：國(guó)家鼓勵(lì)出版企業(yè)股改上市的目的,是通過資本市場(chǎng)助推出版主業(yè)發(fā)展,從而使我國(guó)從出版大國(guó)邁向出版強(qiáng)國(guó)。因此,出版業(yè)務(wù)在上市出版企業(yè)中居于何種地位,是考察這一初衷是否落在實(shí)處的重要參考。本文選取鳳凰傳媒、中南傳媒、長(zhǎng)江傳媒、中文傳媒、出版?zhèn)髅健r(shí)代出版和大地傳媒7家上市公司作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行分析,一方面有助于我們總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、提出對(duì)策,為現(xiàn)有的上市出版企業(yè)提供參考;另一方面可為準(zhǔn)備上市的出版企業(yè)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the State to encourage the listing of the stock reform of the publishing enterprise is to promote the development of the main industry through the capital market so as to make our country move from the publishing country to the publishing power . Therefore , it is an important reference for the publishing business to move from the publishing country to the publishing power . Therefore , it is an important reference to examine whether the original intention falls into reality . In this paper , we select Phoenix media , the medium - South media , the Yangtze River , the Chinese media , the publishing media , the times publishing and the 7 listed companies of the earth media as the research object , on the one hand , to provide reference for the existing listed publishing enterprises ; on the other hand , we can provide reference for the publishing enterprises to be listed .
