【摘要】：中澳自貿(mào)協(xié)定是迄今中國簽署的投資貿(mào)易自由化程度最高的自貿(mào)協(xié)定。在對自貿(mào)協(xié)定的簽署背景、中澳貿(mào)易狀況及協(xié)定具體內(nèi)容充分研究的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為協(xié)定的簽署對于降低我國資源利用成本,加強(qiáng)雙方在地質(zhì)礦產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的合作,推動雙邊人員往來和倒逼國內(nèi)地勘單位改革等方面將產(chǎn)生重要影響;對此,中國應(yīng)該在與更多的資源大國簽署自貿(mào)協(xié)定、鼓勵民營企業(yè)走出去參與礦業(yè)投資、鼓勵科技創(chuàng)新和加快地勘單位改革等方面采取具體的措施。
[Abstract]:The Sino-Australian Free Trade Agreement (FTA) is the most liberalized investment and trade agreement ever signed by China. On the basis of a thorough study of the background of the signing of the FTA, the trade situation between China and Australia and the specific contents of the agreement, it is considered that the signing of the agreement will reduce the cost of the utilization of resources in China and strengthen the cooperation between the two sides in the field of geology and mineral resources. Promoting bilateral personnel exchanges and forcing the reform of geological prospecting units in China will have an important impact; In this regard, China should take concrete measures in signing free trade agreements with more resource countries, encouraging private enterprises to go out to participate in mining investment, encouraging scientific and technological innovation and speeding up the reform of geological prospecting units.
