僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵分析

【摘要】:隨著僑通昆明分公司產能的不斷擴大,公司基層員工需求越來越大,公司現有車間管理機臺員工激勵管理制度匱乏, 基層員工滿意度較差,工作積極性不高,流失率較高,在這樣的的環(huán)境下,本論文立足于公司實際情況,為分公司基層員工激勵作指導性意見。本論文主要是通過分解僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵:薪酬、培訓、帶班領導人的日常管理對激勵的影響、人事相關對基層員工的關心、基層員工的職業(yè)發(fā)展等,為僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵提出對策和建議,以求通過對基層員工的激勵,增加基層員工的工作積極性和責任心,使公司經濟效益最大化。本論文通過文獻研究法、問卷調查法、訪談法、實證分析等方法,結合激勵的相關理論,對僑通昆明分公司基層員工的激勵進行研究。首先,對研究的背景作一個簡單的介紹,結合制造型企業(yè)的基層員工激勵方法,提出本文研究的內容和方法。接著,對激勵的相關理論作介紹,通過理論的學習,理解基層員工激勵的相關理論及研究的思路方法,為本論文的研究打下理論基礎。之后,通過云南僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵現狀作描述,為本論文的研究陳述現狀。然后,對公司員工激勵進行調查及分析調查結果,根據僑通昆明分公司發(fā)展的內外部環(huán)境分析及對基層員工技能、素質的適應性要求,對僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵改進奠定思路。最后,分解僑通昆明分公司基層員工激勵,大致分解為:薪酬、培訓、帶班領導人的日常管理、人事相關對基層員工的關心、員工的個人發(fā)展等,結合調查結果和相關理論研究,為公司基層員工激勵管理提供建議和對策。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the production capacity of Kunming Branch, the demand of employees at the grass-roots level of the company is increasing, and the incentive management system for employees of the existing workshop management machines is lacking, the satisfaction degree of the employees at the grass-roots level is poor, the enthusiasm for work is not high, and the wastage rate is relatively high. In such an environment, this paper based on the actual situation of the company, for the branch staff incentive guidance. This paper is mainly by decomposing the incentive of employees at the basic level in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong, such as salary, training, the influence of daily management of leaders, the concern of personnel to grass-roots employees, the career development of grass-roots employees, etc. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the incentive of the grass-roots employees in Kunming Branch, in order to increase the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the employees at the grass-roots level, and to maximize the economic benefits of the company. Through literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, empirical analysis and other methods, combined with the relevant theory of incentives, this paper studies the incentive of the grass-roots employees in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong. First of all, this paper introduces the background of the research and puts forward the contents and methods of this paper combined with the grass-roots employee incentive method of manufacturing enterprises. Then, this paper introduces the relevant theory of motivation, through the study of theory, understand the basic employee motivation theory and research methods, for the study of this paper lay a theoretical foundation. After that, this paper describes the current situation of staff motivation in Yunnan Qiaotong Kunming Branch. Then, the employee motivation of the company is investigated and analyzed, according to the internal and external environment of the development of Qiaotong Kunming Branch and the adaptability requirements to the skills and quality of the grass-roots employees. To establish the train of thought for the promotion and improvement of the basic staff of Kunming Branch of Qiaotong. Finally, it decomposes the motivation of employees at the grass-roots level in Kunming Branch of Qiaotong, which is roughly divided into: salary, training, daily management of leaders with classes, concern for grass-roots employees by personnel, personal development of employees, etc. Combined with the investigation results and relevant theoretical research, it provides suggestions and countermeasures for the incentive management of grass-roots employees of the company.
