【摘要】：基于國內外先進制造業(yè)發(fā)展的文獻資料,本文分析了我國先進制造業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇與實現(xiàn)路徑。通過梳理全國先進制造研發(fā)基地建設的新定位、新常態(tài)與天津市地方政府的新努力后認為,全國先進制造研發(fā)基地建設任務緊迫而艱巨。之后,建立全國先進制造研發(fā)基地建設的INPUT-BCC效率評價模型,通過計量模型分析發(fā)現(xiàn)基地建設處于規(guī)模報酬遞增階段,加強建設仍然可以改進基地建設效率。最后,從實現(xiàn)我國先進制造業(yè)戰(zhàn)略突破的角度,提出促進我國先進制造業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature on the development of advanced manufacturing industry at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the strategic choice and realization path of China's advanced manufacturing industry. Through combing the new orientation of the construction of the national advanced manufacturing R & D base, the new normal and the new efforts of Tianjin local government think that the construction task of the national advanced manufacturing R & D base is urgent and arduous. Then, the INPUT-BCC efficiency evaluation model of the construction of national advanced manufacturing R & D base is established. Through the econometric model analysis, it is found that the construction of the base is in the stage of increasing returns on scale, and strengthening the construction can still improve the efficiency of the construction of the base. Finally, from the angle of realizing the strategic breakthrough of China's advanced manufacturing industry, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of China's advanced manufacturing industry are put forward.
