整車物流延期承運分配優(yōu)化及協(xié)同績效評價的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的應用和信息技術的發(fā)展為汽車整車物流業(yè)帶來了革命性的突破,極大提高物流總體水平。在汽車整車物流行業(yè)中,提高物流質(zhì)量的關鍵在于借助互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術,使得各參與整車物流的企業(yè)之間高效的協(xié)同運作。本文以某汽車廠現(xiàn)有的整車物流協(xié)同監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)為基礎,分析了系統(tǒng)在實際使用中存在的問題和不足,提出了新的需求并給出延期承運分配優(yōu)化及協(xié)同績效評價系統(tǒng)的解決方案和詳細設計。本文的目標是建立一個延期承運單分配優(yōu)化及協(xié)同績效評價系統(tǒng),用于降低承運商查找合適的延期承運單的難度,并對整車配送物流績效進行有效的評估,使汽車制造廠對物流的質(zhì)量做到心中有數(shù)。具體內(nèi)容包括:(1)從承運商幫運的歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析入手,整理出有用信息,采用樸素貝葉斯模型對延期的承運單進行分類,推薦給最適合幫運該承運單的承運商,由承運商據(jù)此進行點選幫運。(2)分析評價采用的指標和評價方法,最終選擇國家標準《汽車物流服務指標》作為評價指標,并選擇層次分析法和線性權重法作為評價方法,通過實際數(shù)據(jù)證明了方法的有效性。(3)深入研究層次分析法,對實際應用中的定量指標做定性化處理,提高了AHP在實際應用中的準確性,并通過實際數(shù)據(jù)進行了驗證。(4)對系統(tǒng)的設計進行了詳盡的描述,并編程實現(xiàn)。通過分析系統(tǒng)每天產(chǎn)生的業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù),達到計算各個承運商或整車配送物流所有參與者總體績效的目的。
[Abstract]:The application of the Internet and the development of information technology have brought a revolutionary breakthrough to the automobile logistics industry and greatly improved the overall level of logistics. In the automobile logistics industry, the key to improve the quality of logistics lies in the use of Internet technology, so that the enterprises involved in the vehicle logistics efficient coordinated operation. Based on the existing cooperative monitoring system of vehicle logistics in a certain automobile factory, this paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the system in practical use. A new requirement is proposed and the solution and detailed design of the system are presented. The goal of this paper is to establish a system of distribution optimization and collaborative performance evaluation for delay delivery forms, which can reduce the difficulty of finding suitable delay delivery orders for carriers, and effectively evaluate the logistics performance of vehicle distribution. Make the automobile factory know the quality of logistics. The specific contents include: (1) starting with the analysis of historical data of carrier, sorting out useful information, using naive Bayes model to classify the deferred shipping order, and recommending it to the carrier who is the most suitable carrier for the shipment. (2) analyzing the indexes and methods used in the evaluation, finally choosing the national standard of automobile logistics service index as the evaluation index, and selecting the analytic hierarchy process and the linear weight method as the evaluation methods. The validity of the method is proved by the actual data. (3) deeply study the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), do qualitative treatment to the quantitative index in the practical application, and improve the accuracy of AHP in the practical application. It is verified by actual data. (4) the design of the system is described in detail and realized by programming. By analyzing the daily business data generated by the system, the overall performance of each carrier or all participants in the vehicle distribution logistics is calculated.
