【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化進程的加快,中國對礦產(chǎn)資源的需求日益增長,礦產(chǎn)資源的對外依存度也與日俱增。這促使中國加快了對外直接投資采礦業(yè)的步伐,采礦業(yè)的對外直接投資取得了很大的進展,但同時也面臨極大的挑戰(zhàn)。此外,雖然學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的研究有了很大突破,但是仍然存在一些不足,缺乏對采礦業(yè)的區(qū)位選擇的系統(tǒng)研究。在對外直接投資采礦業(yè)時,區(qū)位選擇是首先要考慮的問題。由于采礦業(yè)投資資金較多,如果投資區(qū)位選擇不當(dāng),很可能導(dǎo)致投資計劃失敗,影響投資收益。因此,本文研究中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇,具有一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本文首先介紹了中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的相關(guān)背景和理論,說明了研究中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的重要意義。然后從必要性和可行性兩個角度對中國采礦業(yè)的對外直接投資進行了動因分析,并從投資規(guī)模、投資礦種、投資區(qū)位、投資方式以及投資主體五個方面對中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的現(xiàn)狀進行了概述。此外,本文還對中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇存在的問題進行了分析和總結(jié)。接下來,本文選取了 19個目標國家以及影響中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的9個因素,運用因子分析法對中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇進行了實證分析,然后根據(jù)實證結(jié)果對東道國的投資環(huán)境進行分類。并根據(jù)提取出來的三個公因子,以澳大利亞為例進行了具體分析。通過研究,本文得出這樣的結(jié)論:第一,中國適宜在澳大利亞開展采礦業(yè)的對外直接投資而且應(yīng)該繼續(xù)加大對澳大利亞的礦業(yè)投資。第二,三大因子中,經(jīng)營環(huán)境因子對中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資區(qū)位選擇的影響最大。因此,在評價采礦業(yè)東道國的投資區(qū)位環(huán)境時,可以將經(jīng)營環(huán)境因子放在首位。第三,根據(jù)區(qū)位環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣,可以將中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的目標國家分為優(yōu)秀、良好、合格和不合格四個等級。最后,根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,對中國采礦業(yè)對外直接投資的區(qū)位選擇提出了具體的對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization, China's increasing demand for mineral resources and its increasing dependence on foreign resources have prompted China to accelerate the pace of foreign direct investment in mining. Foreign direct investment in mining industry has made great progress, but it also faces great challenges. In addition, although the research on location choice of foreign direct investment in academia has made a great breakthrough, there are still some shortcomings. Lack of systematic research on location choice of mining industry. Location choice is the first problem to be considered in OFDI mining industry. Because mining investment has more funds, if the investment location choice is improper, It is very likely that the investment plan will fail and the investment return will be affected. Therefore, this paper studies the location choice of China's mining industry's outward direct investment (OFDI). It has some theoretical and practical significance. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and theory of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry. This paper explains the significance of studying the location choice of China's mining industry's FDI, and then analyzes the reasons of China's mining industry's FDI from the perspective of necessity and feasibility, and analyzes the reasons of FDI in China's mining industry from the perspective of scale and type of investment. This paper summarizes the current situation of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry from five aspects: location, mode and main body of investment. This paper also analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the location selection of China's mining industry FDI. Then, this paper selects 19 target countries and 9 factors that affect the location selection of China's OFDI. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the location choice of China's mining industry FDI by using factor analysis, then classifies the host country's investment environment according to the empirical results, and according to the extracted three common factors, Taking Australia as an example, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, China is suitable for foreign direct investment in mining industry in Australia and should continue to increase its investment in mining industry in Australia. Among the three factors, the operating environment factor has the greatest influence on the location choice of Chinese mining industry FDI. Therefore, when evaluating the investment location environment of the mining host country, we can put the operating environment factor in the first place. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the location environment, the target countries of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry can be divided into four grades: excellent, good, qualified and unqualified. Finally, according to the conclusion of the research, This paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on the location choice of China's foreign direct investment in mining industry.
