釩渣鈣鎂復(fù)合焙燒-浸出提釩(英文)

為了提高轉(zhuǎn)爐釩渣提釩回收率,提出鈣鎂復(fù)合焙燒-酸浸提釩新工藝,研究MgO/(CaO+MgO)摩爾比、焙燒和浸出工藝參數(shù)對(duì)釩回收率的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)焙燒添加劑CaO完全被MgO取代時(shí),釩浸出率降低,由88%降至81%;然而,采用CaO/MgO復(fù)合焙燒卻能強(qiáng)化釩的浸出。當(dāng)MgO/(CaO+MgO)的摩爾比為0.5:1時(shí),釩浸出率達(dá)到94%。XRD和SEM-EDS結(jié)果表明,CaO/MgO復(fù)合焙燒添加劑能強(qiáng)化焙燒過(guò)程中可溶性釩酸鹽的生成,并通過(guò)減少硫酸鈣沉淀的生成改善浸出過(guò)程的動(dòng)力學(xué)條件。
