【摘要】：目的探討多層螺旋CT在腎癌中的診斷價(jià)值。方法以64例經(jīng)手術(shù)病理證實(shí)的腎癌患者作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析和總結(jié),分析多層螺旋CT在腎癌中的診斷價(jià)值。結(jié)果 CT平掃表現(xiàn)為稍高密度者6例,混雜密度者19例,等密度或稍低密度者23例;CT增強(qiáng)掃描腫瘤明顯強(qiáng)化者39例,中度不規(guī)則強(qiáng)化者17例,輕度強(qiáng)化者8例,三期增強(qiáng)掃描表現(xiàn)為快進(jìn)快退的強(qiáng)化特點(diǎn)。螺旋CT分期I期40例,II期6例,III期8例,IV期9例,與病理分期比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論多層螺旋CT在腎癌中的診斷價(jià)值較高,其影像具有一定的特征性,可提高對(duì)腎癌的診斷準(zhǔn)確性和分期能力,為臨床制定治療方案及評(píng)估預(yù)后提供重要的信息,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in renal cell carcinoma. Methods 64 cases of renal cell carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively according to the clinical data and the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT in renal cell carcinoma was analyzed. Results CT showed slightly high density in 6 cases, mixed density in 19 cases, isodense or slightly low density in 23 cases. There were 39 cases with obvious enhancement on CT enhanced scan, 17 cases with moderate irregular enhancement and 8 cases with mild enhancement. There were 40 cases of spiral CT stage I, 6 cases of II stage, 8 cases of III stage and 9 cases of IV stage. There was no significant difference compared with pathological stage (P0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is of high value in the diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma, and its imaging has certain characteristics. It can improve the diagnostic accuracy and staging ability of renal cell carcinoma, and provide important information for the clinical treatment plan and the evaluation of prognosis, which is worth popularizing.
