【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用二維斑點(diǎn)追蹤顯像(2D speckle tracking echocardiography,2DSTE)技術(shù)探討正常人左心房(LA)與右心房(RA)功能的差異性。方法正常人148名,獲取心尖四腔觀和二腔觀圖像,應(yīng)用Tom Tec軟件脫機(jī)分析心房應(yīng)變及應(yīng)變率參數(shù):反映心房?jī)?chǔ)存功能的收縮期整體縱向峰值應(yīng)變?chǔ)舠、反映心房管道功能的舒張?jiān)缙谛姆空w縱向峰值應(yīng)變?chǔ)舉、反映心房泵功能的舒張晚期心房整體縱向峰值應(yīng)變?chǔ)臿,以及對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)相的應(yīng)變率參數(shù)SRs、SRe、SRa。結(jié)果 LA最大容積(43±11)ml、儲(chǔ)存功能參數(shù)[充盈總?cè)莘e(30±9)ml,擴(kuò)張指數(shù)(193±92)%,舒張期排空指數(shù)(63±11)%]和通道功能參數(shù)[被動(dòng)排空指數(shù)(30±10)%]均顯著高于RA上述指標(biāo)[分別為(38±10)ml、(21±7)ml、(138±79)%、(54±12)%和(25±13)%],均P0.01。而與之相反的是,應(yīng)變分析結(jié)果顯示RAεs(59±8)%,SRs(2.5±0.7)/s,εe(32±10)%和εa(-29±11)%均顯著高于LAεs(43±6)%,SRs(2.3±0.7)/s,εe(23±5)%和εa(-20±3)%,均P0.01。結(jié)論應(yīng)用2DSTE技術(shù)測(cè)得正常人LA和RA的功能存在差異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the difference of (RA) function between left atrium and right atrium by 2D speckle tracking echocardiography,2DSTE. Methods Tom Tec software was used to analyze the atrial strain and strain rate parameters: the whole longitudinal peak strain 蔚 s, which reflected the storage function of atrium, was obtained from 148 normal subjects. The peak longitudinal strain 蔚 _ e of the early diastolic atrium, the global longitudinal peak strain 蔚 _ a of the late diastolic phase reflecting the atrial pump function, and the strain rate parameter SRs,SRe,SRa. of the corresponding phase are reflected in the early diastolic function of the atrium. Results the maximum volume of LA was (43 鹵11) ml, storage function parameter [filling volume (30 鹵9) ml, expansion index was (193 鹵92)%]. The diastolic emptying index (63 鹵11)% and the passive emptying index (30 鹵10)% were significantly higher than those of RA [(38 鹵10) ml, (21 鹵7) ml, (138 鹵79)%, (54 鹵12)% and (25 鹵13)%, respectively] (P0.01). In contrast, the results of strain analysis showed that RA 蔚 s (59 鹵8)%, SRs (2.5 鹵0.7 / s, 蔚 e (32 鹵10)% and 蔚 a (-29 鹵11)% were significantly higher than LA 蔚 s (43 鹵6)%, SRs (2.3 鹵0.7 / s. 蔚 e (23 鹵5)% and 蔚 a (-20 鹵3)%, both P 0.01. Conclusion there is difference between LA and RA by 2DSTE technique.
