【摘要】：正經(jīng)外周靜脈置入中心靜脈導(dǎo)管(PICC)由于具有保留時(shí)間長、保護(hù)血管、減少患者痛苦、避免藥物外滲等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在臨床上應(yīng)用日趨廣泛~([1]),適用于腫瘤患者需長期反復(fù)化療及靜脈營養(yǎng)支持。PICC留置時(shí)間可長達(dá)1年,且每周至少需要維護(hù)1次,置管患者帶管出院后的導(dǎo)管維護(hù)效果直接影響到PICC的使用壽命,乃至患者的治療效果。如果患者對PICC的認(rèn)知度不足或護(hù)理不當(dāng),還會導(dǎo)致諸多并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,給患者帶來痛苦,影響其正常治
[Abstract]:Central venous catheterization (PICC) via peripheral vein has the advantages of long retention time, protecting blood vessels, reducing the pain of patients, and avoiding drug extravasation. It is widely used in clinic. It is suitable for patients with tumor who need long-term repeated chemotherapy and intravenous nutrition support. PICC can be kept for up to 1 year, and need to be maintained at least once a week. The service life of PICC and even the therapeutic effect of PICC are directly affected by the effect of catheter maintenance after catheterization and discharge. If the patient's awareness of PICC is insufficient or the nursing is inadequate, it will lead to many complications, which will bring pain to the patient and affect his normal treatment.
