睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征腦電關(guān)聯(lián)維特性研究

【摘要】:睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征(SAS)是一種常見且危害巨大的全身性睡眠疾病。SAS患者存在明顯的腦部結(jié)構(gòu)和功能的影像學改變,而腦電圖(EEG)能反映大腦組織的電活動及功能狀態(tài),是描述睡眠過程最直觀的參數(shù)。基于EEG信號的非平穩(wěn)和非線性特性,本文采用非線性方法對SAS患者睡眠EEG信號的關(guān)聯(lián)維特性進行分析。將6名SAS患者組成SAS組,6名健康人組成對照組。研究結(jié)果顯示,SAS患者和健康人睡眠EEG信號的關(guān)聯(lián)維變化規(guī)律一致,即隨著睡眠加深,其關(guān)聯(lián)維均逐漸減小,但到快速眼動期(REM)時,關(guān)聯(lián)維又上升至覺醒和淺睡眠期的水平;與此同時,SAS組的關(guān)聯(lián)維在各個睡眠階段均低于對照組,兩組間存在的差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。研究結(jié)果表明,SAS患者的EEG信號與健康人之間存在明顯的非線性動力學差異,這為研究SAS的生理機制及實現(xiàn)SAS的自動檢測提供了新的方向。
[Abstract]:Sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) is a common and harmful systemic sleep disease.SAS patient with obvious brain structure and function, and electroencephalogram (EEG) can reflect the electrical activity and functional state of the brain tissue. It is the most intuitive parameter to describe the process of sleep. The non-stationary and nonlinear characteristics of the EEG signal are nonstationary and nonlinear. In this paper, a nonlinear method was used to analyze the correlation dimension of sleep EEG signal in SAS patients. 6 SAS patients were composed of SAS group and 6 healthy people were composed of control group. The results showed that the correlation dimension of sleep EEG signals of SAS patients and healthy people was the same, that is, with the deepening of sleep sleep, the correlation dimension gradually decreased, but to the rapid eye. At the time of REM, the correlation dimension increased to the level of awakening and shallow sleep. At the same time, the correlation dimension of the group SAS was lower than the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.01). The results showed that there was a significant nonlinear dynamic difference between the EEG signal of the SAS patients and the healthy people. It is a new direction to study the physiological mechanism of SAS and realize the automatic detection of SAS.
