【摘要】：由于抗菌藥物的廣泛應(yīng)用和不合理使用,細(xì)菌耐藥進(jìn)展越來(lái)越快,遏制細(xì)菌的進(jìn)一步耐藥迫在眉睫,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)異質(zhì)性耐藥是一種特殊的耐藥形式,是細(xì)菌耐藥進(jìn)化的中間過(guò)程。目前許多臨床工作者對(duì)異質(zhì)性耐藥的認(rèn)識(shí)較局限,并且異質(zhì)性耐藥在臨床常規(guī)藥敏試驗(yàn)中多檢測(cè)為假敏感,誤導(dǎo)醫(yī)生治療用藥,是導(dǎo)致臨床感染治療失敗的重要原因。研究異質(zhì)性耐藥,對(duì)于細(xì)菌耐藥的預(yù)防、控制和指導(dǎo)臨床用藥具有重要意義。革蘭陰性菌是院內(nèi)感染的主要病原菌,為了進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)該類細(xì)菌異質(zhì)性耐藥的全面認(rèn)識(shí),現(xiàn)將國(guó)內(nèi)外常見(jiàn)的革蘭陰性桿菌異質(zhì)性耐藥的研究進(jìn)展綜述如下。
[Abstract]:Due to the wide application and irrational use of antimicrobial agents, bacterial drug resistance is developing more and more rapidly, and it is urgent to contain the further drug resistance of bacteria. It is found that heterogeneous drug resistance is a special form of drug resistance, which is the intermediate process of bacterial drug resistance evolution. At present, many clinical workers have limited understanding of heterogeneous drug resistance, and the detection of heterogeneity drug resistance in clinical routine drug sensitivity test is false sensitivity, misleading doctors to treat drug use, which is an important reason leading to the failure of clinical infection treatment. The study of heterogeneous drug resistance is of great significance for the prevention, control and guidance of bacterial drug resistance. Gram-negative bacteria are the main pathogens of nosocomial infection. In order to further understand the heterogeneity resistance of Gram-negative bacilli, the research progress of Gram-negative bacilli heterogeneity resistance at home and abroad is summarized as follows.
