中國(guó)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)創(chuàng)新資源利用效率評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:選取2009—2013年中國(guó)35個(gè)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)創(chuàng)新資源數(shù)據(jù),基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法 (DEA)計(jì)算資源效率,利用Malmquist指數(shù)測(cè)算各行業(yè)創(chuàng)新資源技術(shù)效率變化和進(jìn)步情況。DEA測(cè)度結(jié)果顯示,僅有3個(gè)重點(diǎn)行業(yè)的創(chuàng)新資源效率值為1,其余行業(yè)的低效原因?yàn)榧兗夹g(shù)效率過(guò)低;M指數(shù)結(jié)果顯示大部分重點(diǎn)行業(yè)的進(jìn)步趨勢(shì)一致,與中國(guó)宏觀(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技環(huán)境密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:According to the data of innovation resources of 35 key industries in China from 2009 to 2013, the paper calculates resource efficiency based on data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and uses Malmquist index to measure the change and progress of technological efficiency of innovation resources in various industries. Only three key industries have an innovation resource efficiency value of 1. The reason for the inefficiency of other industries is that the pure technical efficiency is too low. The result of M index shows that the progress trend of most key industries is consistent, which is closely related to the macroeconomic and scientific and technological environment of China.
