【摘要】：基于海南島瀉湖分布眾多、瀉湖資源豐富,目前大部分瀉湖處于退化狀態(tài),且未見有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)對(duì)海南島瀉湖資源進(jìn)行詳細(xì)系統(tǒng)的介紹與總結(jié),本文通過對(duì)海南東寨港、東水港、花場(chǎng)灣、清瀾港、小海、老爺海、博鰲瀉湖、三亞河、青梅港、黎安港、新村港、鐵爐港及新英灣等瀉湖的地理分布、面積、資源類型等方面進(jìn)行描述,從人類活動(dòng)、陸源污染、海洋工程及自然演變等因素對(duì)瀉湖的影響進(jìn)行了分析,闡述了瀉湖目前所面臨的威脅及破壞,提出了對(duì)瀉湖進(jìn)行整治規(guī)劃、持續(xù)開發(fā)利用、加強(qiáng)法制監(jiān)督及提高民眾瀉湖資源保護(hù)意識(shí)等方面的保護(hù)與可持續(xù)利用建議,為海南島瀉湖資源的保護(hù)與可持續(xù)利用提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)與理論參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the large distribution of lagoons in Hainan Island and abundant lagoon resources, most of the lagoons are in a degraded state at present, and there is no detailed and systematic introduction and summary of the lagoon resources in Hainan Island. In this paper, the Dongzhai Port and Dongshui Port in Hainan are introduced and summarized in detail. The geographical distribution, area and type of resources of the lagoons such as Fa Chang Wan, Qinglan Port, Xiahai, Laoye Sea, Boao Lagoon, Sanya River, Qingmei Port, Li'an Port, Xincun Port, Tailou Port and Xinying Bay are described in terms of human activities. The influence of land pollution, marine engineering and natural evolution on the lagoon is analyzed, the threat and destruction of the lagoon are expounded, and the regulation planning of the lagoon is put forward, and the sustainable development and utilization of the lagoon are put forward. The suggestions of strengthening the supervision of legal system and raising the consciousness of protection and sustainable utilization of the lagoon resources provide basic data and theoretical reference for the protection and sustainable utilization of the lagoon resources in Hainan Island.
