【摘要】：針對砂輪劃片機(jī)這類復(fù)雜設(shè)備振動模態(tài)測試中測試時間長、傳感器數(shù)目難以確定和測點(diǎn)難以定位的問題,提出了結(jié)合有效獨(dú)立法、QR分解法及模態(tài)驗(yàn)證準(zhǔn)則、香農(nóng)擴(kuò)展定理對砂輪劃片機(jī)主系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測點(diǎn)優(yōu)化的方法。采用錘擊模態(tài)測試方法對某一型號的砂輪劃片機(jī)測點(diǎn)優(yōu)化前后的模態(tài)進(jìn)行了測試,識別出劃片機(jī)主系統(tǒng)的振型和模態(tài)參數(shù),比較測點(diǎn)優(yōu)化前后的測試結(jié)果,表明測點(diǎn)優(yōu)化的模態(tài)測試實(shí)現(xiàn)了將有限個傳感器布置在關(guān)鍵的測點(diǎn)位置上并獲取最接近真實(shí)信息的目的,縮短了測試時間,提高了測試精度,為復(fù)雜設(shè)備的振動模態(tài)測試提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of long testing time, difficult to determine the number of sensors and difficult to locate the measuring points in vibration modal testing of complex equipment such as grinding wheel slicing machine, this paper puts forward the combination of effective independent legislation, QR decomposition method and modal verification criterion. Shannon's extension theorem is used to optimize the measuring point of the main system of grinding wheel slicing machine. The test method of hammering mode is used to test the modal before and after the optimization of the measuring point of a certain type of grinding wheel slicing machine. The modal shape and modal parameters of the main system of the scribing machine are identified, and the test results before and after the optimization of the measuring point are compared. It is shown that the modal test of the optimization of the measuring point realizes the goal of placing the finite sensors at the key position of the measuring point and obtaining the closest real information, which shortens the testing time and improves the testing precision. It provides a reference for vibration modal test of complex equipment.
