智能配電系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題與研究展望

【摘要】:結(jié)合"源-網(wǎng)-荷"概念闡述智能配電系統(tǒng)概況并給出一種全面架構(gòu),重點(diǎn)針對(duì)智能配電系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃,從2個(gè)方面展開(kāi)分析研究?偨Y(jié)分析近年來(lái)智能配電系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃研究成果中的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,按照傳統(tǒng)分類(lèi)規(guī)劃流程對(duì)智能配電系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行綜述和展望。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)智能配電系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性規(guī)劃方法進(jìn)行深入研究,提出未來(lái)適應(yīng)性規(guī)劃的具體思路和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,包括"源-網(wǎng)-荷"綜合規(guī)劃、規(guī)劃運(yùn)行耦合規(guī)劃、能量信息融合規(guī)劃、面向消納提升和低碳的新目標(biāo)規(guī)劃、其他規(guī)劃方向和支撐技術(shù)等。
[Abstract]:Combined with the concept of "source-network-load", this paper expounds the general situation of intelligent distribution system and gives a comprehensive framework, focusing on the planning of intelligent distribution system, and carries out the analysis and research from two aspects. The key problems of intelligent distribution system planning in recent years are summarized and analyzed, and the key problems of intelligent distribution system planning are summarized and prospected according to the traditional classification planning process. On the basis of this, the adaptive planning method of intelligent distribution system is deeply studied, and the concrete ideas and implementation methods of future adaptive planning are put forward, including "source-network-load" comprehensive planning, planning and operational coupling planning. Energy information fusion planning, new goal planning for low carbon consumption, other planning directions and supporting technologies.
