【摘要】:目前隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和信息化技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,運(yùn)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)開發(fā)出的基于Web的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的運(yùn)用。本文研究對(duì)象是基于工業(yè)污水處理過程的遠(yuǎn)程水質(zhì)在線監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),由于傳統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)大多采用集中式結(jié)構(gòu)和C/S(Client/Server)架構(gòu),系統(tǒng)軟件之間的耦合度較高難于擴(kuò)展,并且軟件依賴于硬件平臺(tái),不能實(shí)現(xiàn)資源重用與滿足遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)的需求。所以考慮采用B/S(Browser/Server)架構(gòu)來(lái)搭建整個(gè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)分布式污水處理站點(diǎn)的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)。本文首先對(duì)課題研究的背景和意義進(jìn)行了介紹?v觀目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)此課題發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的研究,進(jìn)而分析了系統(tǒng)在開發(fā)過程中所面臨的難點(diǎn),并詳細(xì)討論了系統(tǒng)中幾個(gè)重要的技術(shù)問題,其中包括系統(tǒng)底層數(shù)據(jù)通信協(xié)議的研究、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性分析;針對(duì)Web服務(wù)器端,課題主要分析討論了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的訪問技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)傳輸以及實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)在頁(yè)面的動(dòng)態(tài)繪制等重要問題。最終制定出技術(shù)實(shí)施路線,開發(fā)出基于Web的水質(zhì)在線遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)整體采用B/S模式開發(fā),在系統(tǒng)底層數(shù)據(jù)通訊方面,制定了兩種數(shù)據(jù)通信接口,一種是基于OPC(OLE Process Control)技術(shù)編寫了 OPC客戶端程序;另一個(gè)是采用Socket實(shí)時(shí)通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)底層設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)的采集。Web服務(wù)器端采用ASP.NET技術(shù)開發(fā),選用Microsoft Azure云存儲(chǔ)方案來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)存儲(chǔ),遠(yuǎn)程用戶可以隨時(shí)通過瀏覽器監(jiān)測(cè)污水處理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行歷史數(shù)據(jù)查閱與報(bào)表統(tǒng)計(jì),同時(shí)系統(tǒng)還具備故障報(bào)警及視頻監(jiān)控等功能。目前系統(tǒng)已運(yùn)用于實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中,運(yùn)行狀態(tài)良好,驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的可行性與實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of network technology and information technology, the remote monitoring system based on Web developed by Internet technology has been widely used in industrial production and other fields.The research object of this paper is the remote water quality on-line monitoring system based on the industrial sewage treatment process. Because the traditional monitoring system mostly adopts the centralized structure and the C / S client / Server architecture, it is difficult to extend the coupling degree between the system software.And the software depends on the hardware platform, so it can not realize the resource reuse and meet the requirement of remote monitoring.So consider using B / S browser / Server architecture to build the whole system to realize the remote real-time monitoring of distributed sewage treatment stations.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research.This paper makes a survey of the current research on this subject at home and abroad, and then analyzes the difficulties that the system faces in the development process, and discusses in detail several important technical problems in the system, including the research of the data communication protocol at the bottom of the system.The design and development of database information management system and the real-time and reliability analysis of the system.Real-time data transmission and the dynamic rendering of real-time data in the page and other important issues.Finally, the technical implementation route is worked out, and the water quality online remote monitoring system based on Web is developed.The whole system adopts the B / S mode to develop, in the system bottom layer data communication aspect, has established two kinds of data communication interfaces, one is based on the OPC(OLE Process control technology has written the OPC client program;The other is to use Socket real-time communication technology to realize the data acquisition of the field bottom equipment. The web server is developed by ASP.NET technology, and the Microsoft Azure cloud storage scheme is used to realize the real-time storage of field data.Remote users can monitor the real-time data of sewage treatment site through browser at any time, and carry out historical data inspection and report form statistics. At the same time, the system also has the functions of fault alarm and video monitoring.At present, the system has been used in the actual project, the running condition is good, which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the system.
