【摘要】：在雙支持向量回歸機的基礎上,考慮到不同的樣本點可能對回歸函數產生不同的影響,提出一種改進的雙支持向量回歸機模型,即基于核密度分布的模糊正則化雙支持向量回歸機;該模型不僅考慮到最小化結構風險項,而且還設計一種基于核密度分布的模糊隸屬度函數,給不同的樣本點賦予不同的模糊隸屬度。結果表明,所提出的基于核密度分布的模糊雙支持向量回歸機有較理想的回歸效果。
[Abstract]:On the basis of double support vector regression machine, considering that different sample points may have different influence on regression function, an improved model of double support vector regression machine is proposed. That is fuzzy regularized double support vector regression machine based on kernel density distribution; The model not only considers minimizing structural risk, but also designs a fuzzy membership function based on kernel density distribution, which assigns different fuzzy membership to different sample points. The proposed fuzzy double support vector regression machine based on kernel density distribution has an ideal regression effect.
