【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品智能設(shè)計(jì)中計(jì)算性問(wèn)題和推理決策性問(wèn)題的求解以及二者的有效結(jié)合,提出一種支持產(chǎn)品智能化設(shè)計(jì)的知識(shí)服務(wù)方法,即包括知識(shí)服務(wù)策略的制定和知識(shí)環(huán)境的構(gòu)建兩個(gè)方面。該方法通過(guò)分析設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)自身特點(diǎn)以及與設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程之間的關(guān)系,將設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)分為業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域、經(jīng)驗(yàn)規(guī)則、實(shí)例方案和算法模型4種類型,并針對(duì)不同類型知識(shí)制定相應(yīng)的服務(wù)策略;基于知識(shí)模板和組件模板對(duì)不同類型的知識(shí)進(jìn)行形式化描述,并給出基于本體的設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)語(yǔ)義建模流程;通過(guò)方案評(píng)價(jià)、方案修改將設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)融入到基于實(shí)例推理活動(dòng)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)知識(shí)的輔助決策;對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)工具進(jìn)行集成和過(guò)程封裝,實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化計(jì)算。設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了基于知識(shí)的智能設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),并以槍管為對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,證明了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the computational problems and reasoning decision-making problems in product intelligent design and the effective combination of the two, a knowledge service method supporting product intelligent design is proposed, which includes two aspects, namely, the formulation of knowledge service strategy and the construction of knowledge environment. The method by analyzing the relationship between the characteristics and the design knowledge and design process, the design knowledge is divided into business areas, experience rules, instance scheme and algorithm model of 4 types, and for different types of knowledge to formulate the corresponding service strategy; knowledge template and component templates for the formal description of different types of knowledge based, and given the design knowledge semantic modeling process based on ontology; through project evaluation, scheme design will modify knowledge into case based reasoning activities, to achieve decision-making knowledge; integration and process of packaging design tools, automated calculation. An intelligent design system based on knowledge is designed and developed, and an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
