【摘要】：本文研究兩機自由作業(yè)排序問題,工件的兩個工序既可以在制造商的兩臺自由作業(yè)環(huán)境機器上加工,也可以轉(zhuǎn)包給兩承包商加工.每承包商有一臺單機,僅能加工指定的工序.工件被轉(zhuǎn)包時制造商需要付出一定數(shù)量的轉(zhuǎn)包費用.制造商需要同時確定轉(zhuǎn)包工件集及未轉(zhuǎn)包工件的加工順序,目標(biāo)是極小化轉(zhuǎn)包費用與未轉(zhuǎn)包工件時間表加工總長之和.本文根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)包費用系數(shù)的不同,分析問題
[Abstract]:In this paper, the problem of free working scheduling of two machines is studied. The two processes of the workpiece can be processed on the two machines of the manufacturer's free working environment or subcontracted to the two contractors. Each contractor has a single machine and can only process the specified process. The manufacturer has to pay a certain amount of subcontract fee when the work is subcontracted. The manufacturer needs to determine the processing order of both the subcontract set and the unsubcontracted workpiece at the same time, with the goal of minimizing the sum of the subcontracting cost and the total processing length of the unsubcontracted workpiece schedule. According to the difference of subcontract cost coefficient, this paper analyzes the problem.
