設(shè)計(jì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員優(yōu)選決策

【摘要】:為了解決設(shè)計(jì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)下虛擬協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的優(yōu)選決策問(wèn)題,提出基于成員綜合表現(xiàn)信息的成員優(yōu)選方法。從設(shè)計(jì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)虛擬協(xié)同工作流程入手,分析了設(shè)計(jì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)下虛擬協(xié)同網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)隊(duì)的特點(diǎn)以及成員選擇的原則問(wèn)題。綜合考慮候選成員的個(gè)人能力信息與協(xié)同合作能力信息,構(gòu)建了基于成員綜合表現(xiàn)信息的優(yōu)選指標(biāo)體系以及多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化模型,采用第二代加強(qiáng)Pareto進(jìn)化算法進(jìn)行求解,得到了該選擇問(wèn)題的Pareto最優(yōu)解。以設(shè)計(jì)云服務(wù)平臺(tái)上的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)手持電鉆的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)為例,驗(yàn)證了該決策方法和算法的可行性、有效性與實(shí)際可操作性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of optimal selection of team members based on the design of cloud service platform, a member selection method based on members' comprehensive performance information is proposed. Starting with the design of virtual collaborative workflow of cloud service platform, the characteristics of virtual collaborative network team and the principle of member selection under cloud service platform are analyzed. Considering the individual ability information and cooperative ability information of candidate members, the optimal selection index system and multi-objective optimization model based on member performance information are constructed, and the second generation enhanced Pareto evolutionary algorithm is used to solve the problem. The Pareto optimal solution of the selection problem is obtained. Taking the design task handheld electric drill on the cloud service platform as an example, the feasibility, validity and practicability of the decision method and algorithm are verified.
