【摘要】：文章針對(duì)雙邊的區(qū)域控制圖的累積得分思想,設(shè)計(jì)單邊累積得分控制圖。利用馬爾科夫鏈的方法計(jì)算其平均鏈長(zhǎng),并與傳統(tǒng)的控制圖比較。結(jié)合快速初始響應(yīng)方法,設(shè)置改進(jìn)控制圖的初始響應(yīng)值,與帶有初始響應(yīng)的累積和控制圖進(jìn)行過(guò)程失控的平均鏈長(zhǎng)的對(duì)比。在存在偶然性因素下,改進(jìn)控制圖與傳統(tǒng)累積和控制圖比較。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the idea of cumulative score of bilateral regional control chart, a unilateral cumulative score control chart is designed in this paper. The average chain length of Markov chain is calculated and compared with the traditional control chart. Combined with the fast initial response method, the initial response value of the improved control chart is set, and the average chain length of the process runaway is compared with the cumulative control chart with the initial response and the control chart. In the presence of contingency factors, the improved control chart is compared with the traditional cumulative control chart.
