【摘要】：近年來,中國(guó)的人口老齡化這個(gè)話題一直是國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),同時(shí)世界上也有諸多國(guó)家面臨著人口老齡化這個(gè)問題。隨著老年人口的不斷增加,在現(xiàn)在各類老年群體中的問題也不斷涌現(xiàn)。其中,喪偶老人的養(yǎng)老問題尤為突出。與此同時(shí),由于喪偶老人養(yǎng)老的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),導(dǎo)致了喪偶老人的成年子女面臨著正在不斷加重的負(fù)擔(dān)。這種負(fù)擔(dān)不僅僅體現(xiàn)在成年子女的經(jīng)濟(jì)財(cái)務(wù)方面,在精神和精力方面的壓力也日益凸顯。一方面,喪偶老人的養(yǎng)老需要一個(gè)融洽的環(huán)境、足夠的資源才能得到充分的保障;另一方面,作為有義務(wù)贍養(yǎng)年邁父母的成年子女在面對(duì)如此大的重負(fù)時(shí)已漸漸顯得不堪重負(fù)、力不從心。那么老年喪偶是否對(duì)子女家庭養(yǎng)老負(fù)擔(dān)有影響?這個(gè)影響有多大了?如何才能在保證喪偶老人養(yǎng)老的同時(shí)減輕子女的負(fù)擔(dān),這正是本文努力探討的一個(gè)重要問題。本文基于2002-2005年“中國(guó)老年人口健康影響因素(CLHLS)”跟蹤調(diào)查的老年家庭與子女家庭配對(duì)樣本,研究老年喪偶對(duì)子女家庭負(fù)擔(dān)的影響。在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了整理和理解的基礎(chǔ)上,先后運(yùn)用了三種方法:文獻(xiàn)分析法、定量分析法和比較分析法對(duì)他們之中的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了考量。之后,運(yùn)用面板回歸先后就喪偶對(duì)子女是否提供經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、是否提供生活照料及經(jīng)濟(jì)支持的大小和生活照料的天數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析。但老年喪偶事件的影響因素較為復(fù)雜,喪偶事件不一定是完全外生變量。因此,本文運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)回歸模型通過研究2002-2005年期間老人婚姻狀態(tài)變化對(duì)代際支持的動(dòng)態(tài)影響,以盡量減弱內(nèi)生性問題從而獲得喪偶事件對(duì)家庭養(yǎng)老支持的真實(shí)性影響效應(yīng)。經(jīng)過這一系列的處理之后便得到了一些結(jié)論,根據(jù)這些結(jié)論在最后提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。本文研究得出的主要結(jié)論有:在獲得子女提供的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持及生活照料的概率,以及經(jīng)濟(jì)支持金額和生活照料天數(shù)方面,喪偶老人均顯著高于有偶老人,老年喪偶后子女的家庭養(yǎng)老負(fù)擔(dān)明顯加重。無論老人是否與子女同住,這一結(jié)論均成立。而且,在考慮了內(nèi)生性問題,運(yùn)用了動(dòng)態(tài)模型之后結(jié)論依然成立。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the topic of population aging in China has been the focus of attention of domestic scholars, at the same time, there are many countries in the world facing the problem of population aging. With the continuous increase of the elderly population, the problems in all kinds of elderly groups are also emerging. Among them, widowed old people's pension problem is particularly prominent. At the same time, because of the severe situation of the widowed aged, the adult children of the widowed are facing the increasing burden. This burden is reflected not only in the financial and financial aspects of adult children, but also in mental and energetic pressures. On the one hand, the elderly widowed need a harmonious environment and sufficient resources to be fully protected; on the other hand, adult children who are obliged to support their elderly parents have gradually become overburdened in the face of such a heavy burden. One cannot do what one can do. So, does widowhood have an impact on the family pension burden of their children? What's the impact? How to reduce the burden of children while ensuring the widowed elderly to support the aged is an important issue in this paper. Based on the matched sample of elderly families and children's families, this paper studies the influence of widowed elderly people on the burden of children's families, based on the survey of the influential factors of the health of the elderly population in China from 2002 to 2005 (CLHLS). On the basis of sorting out and understanding the relevant documents, three methods are used successively: literature analysis, quantitative analysis and comparative analysis. After that, the panel regression was used to analyze whether widowed spouse provided financial support to children, whether to provide life care, the size of financial support and the number of days of life care. However, the factors affecting the elderly widowed event are more complicated, and the widowed event is not necessarily a complete exogenous variable. Therefore, this paper uses the dynamic regression model to study the dynamic effects of marital status changes on intergenerational support during the period of 2002-2005, in order to minimize the endogenous problems and obtain the truthfulness effect of widowed events on the family support for the aged. After this series of treatment, some conclusions are obtained, according to these conclusions, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: in terms of the probability of obtaining financial support and life care provided by their children, as well as the amount of financial support and the number of days of life care, the widowed elderly are significantly higher than those with spouses. After the old age widowed, the family endowment burden of the children is obviously increased. This conclusion holds regardless of whether the elderly live with their children or not. Moreover, the conclusion is still valid after considering the endogenous problem and using the dynamic model.
