機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓安檢通道數(shù)量配置優(yōu)化方法研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)配置機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓的安檢通道數(shù)量,是提高安檢服務(wù)效率、保障民航運(yùn)輸安全的重要手段.通過(guò)對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓的安檢排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行特征分析,利用排隊(duì)理論建立兩種安檢排隊(duì)模型.調(diào)研國(guó)內(nèi)典型機(jī)場(chǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算安檢排隊(duì)模型的主要運(yùn)行指標(biāo),分析各指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律,并針對(duì)兩種排隊(duì)模型的運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行對(duì)比.結(jié)果表明,排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的平均排隊(duì)長(zhǎng)和旅客平均等待時(shí)間均呈周期性變化,安檢通道最少配置數(shù)量隨著旅客到達(dá)率的增加而增加,單隊(duì)多服務(wù)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)在理論上比單隊(duì)單服務(wù)臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率更高.研究成果為優(yōu)化機(jī)場(chǎng)航站樓安檢通道數(shù)量配置、提高安檢運(yùn)行效率提供理論依據(jù)與決策支持.
[Abstract]:Scientific allocation of the number of airport terminal security channels is an important means to improve the efficiency of security inspection services and ensure the safety of civil aviation transportation.Based on the characteristic analysis of airport terminal security queuing system, two kinds of security queuing models are established by using queuing theory.This paper investigates the actual operation data of typical domestic airports, calculates the main operation indexes of the security check queue model, analyzes the variation rules of each index, and compares the operation efficiency of the two queuing models.The results show that the average queue length and the average waiting time of passengers vary periodically, and the minimum configuration of security channels increases with the increase of passenger arrival rate.In theory, single-team multi-server system is more efficient than single-team single-server system.The research results provide theoretical basis and decision support for optimizing the number of airport terminal security inspection channels and improving security operation efficiency.
