基于可調(diào)諧激光二極管吸收光譜的乙炔在線檢測系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:基于可調(diào)諧半導體激光吸收光譜技術(shù),研制了一種近紅外乙炔氣體檢測系統(tǒng)。通過分析近紅外波段乙炔分子的吸收譜線特性,選擇了1.534μm附近乙炔分子的吸收峰作為吸收譜線。該系統(tǒng)主要由分布反饋激光器、激光器驅(qū)動器、單光程對射式氣室、光電探測模塊及數(shù)字式鎖相放大器構(gòu)成。為了測試該檢測系統(tǒng)的性能,配備了乙炔氣體樣品并開展了氣體檢測實驗。實驗結(jié)果顯示,該系統(tǒng)的最小檢測下限為0.02%;在體積分數(shù)為0.02%~1%范圍內(nèi),二次諧波幅值與乙炔氣體濃度呈現(xiàn)出良好的線性關(guān)系。通過長達20h的穩(wěn)定性實驗測試了檢測系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性。鑒于近紅外波段石英光纖傳輸損耗很小,可以將氣室及光路部分與電路部分分離,從而可以進行遠程氣體檢測,這是基于量子級聯(lián)激光器、熱光源的乙炔檢測系統(tǒng)難以實現(xiàn)的。該系統(tǒng)采用了自主研制的分布反饋激光器驅(qū)動器和鎖相放大器,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,性價比高,便與集成,在工業(yè)現(xiàn)場乙炔濃度檢測方面有著良好的應用前景。
[Abstract]:Based on tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy, a near infrared acetylene gas detection system is developed. The absorption peak of acetylene molecule near 1.534 渭 m is selected as the absorption line by analyzing the absorption line characteristics of acetylene molecule in near infrared band. The system consists of a distributed feedback laser, a laser driver, a single optical path counter chamber, a photoelectric detection module and a digital phase-locked amplifier. In order to test the performance of the system, acetylene gas samples were equipped and gas detection experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that the minimum detection limit of the system is 0.02 and the second harmonic amplitude has a good linear relationship with the concentration of acetylene in the range of 0.022% volume fraction. The stability of the system was tested by the stability experiment for 20 hours. Since the transmission loss of near infrared band quartz fiber is very small, the gas chamber and the optical path can be separated from the circuit part, thus the remote gas detection can be carried out. This is based on the quantum cascade laser, and the acetylene detection system with thermal light source is difficult to realize. The system adopts distributed feedback laser driver and phase-locked amplifier, which is simple in structure, high in performance and price ratio, and integrated with each other. It has a good prospect of application in the detection of acetylene concentration in industrial field.
