基于藍(lán)牙通信的推衍十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電監(jiān)測(cè)原理與技術(shù)

【摘要】:推衍十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)是一種采用五個(gè)測(cè)量電極獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖的理論。對(duì)于便攜式的心電檢測(cè)設(shè)備來(lái)說(shuō),系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要足夠簡(jiǎn)單且便于操作。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)由于其需要十個(gè)電極且包含肢體電極,導(dǎo)致電極易于纏繞,同時(shí)其不適合長(zhǎng)時(shí)間監(jiān)測(cè)。推衍十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)只要四個(gè)胸部電極和一個(gè)接地電極,就可通過(guò)推衍獲得十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電信息,非常適合于便攜式設(shè)備,也可用于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間心電監(jiān)測(cè)。本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一種利用推衍十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)原理,以少電極獲得標(biāo)準(zhǔn)十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)信息的新型心電監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以手機(jī)為主機(jī)進(jìn)行波形顯示等操作,方便操作的同時(shí)便于推廣。采用ADS 1294和MSP430F149單片機(jī)構(gòu)成采集端,完成心電信號(hào)的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,并用藍(lán)牙通信接口進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。主機(jī)的數(shù)據(jù)處理與顯示均采用Android編程。對(duì)于心電信號(hào),一般幅值非常微弱,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)需要考慮進(jìn)行濾波等處理。心電信號(hào)中的基線漂移、肌電干擾和50Hz工頻干擾等分別采用數(shù)字濾波器和數(shù)字陷波器去除。然后系統(tǒng)通過(guò)對(duì)R波的檢測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)心率的計(jì)算。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用五個(gè)電極的實(shí)驗(yàn)樣機(jī)采集正常人體的心電圖,實(shí)現(xiàn)了心電采集的功能。與十個(gè)電極的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)十二導(dǎo)聯(lián)心電圖機(jī)的對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,兩者在診斷參數(shù)上的平均誤差3.76%,波形匹配很好。新系統(tǒng)在臨床診斷和家庭保健等方面都有較大的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Degenerative twelve-lead is a theory of obtaining standard 12-lead electrocardiogram with five measuring electrodes. For portable ECG detection equipment, the system design should be simple enough and easy to operate. Standard 12 leads require ten electrodes and contain limb electrodes, which lead to the electrode winding easily, and it is not suitable for long time monitoring. With only four chest electrodes and one ground electrode, the twelve leads ECG information can be obtained by push-derivation, which is very suitable for portable devices and can also be used for long time ECG monitoring. In this paper, a new ECG monitoring system is designed, which can get standard 12 lead information with less electrode by using the principle of push-derivation 12 lead. The system uses mobile phone as host computer for waveform display and so on, which is easy to operate and popularize at the same time. ADS 1294 and MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer are used to realize the analog to digital conversion of ECG signal, and the Bluetooth communication interface is used to transmit the data. The data processing and display of the host are programmed by Android. For ECG signal, the amplitude is very weak, the system design needs to be considered to filter processing. The baseline drift, EMG interference and 50Hz power frequency interference in ECG signal are removed by digital filter and digital notch respectively. Then the system realizes the calculation of heart rate by detecting R wave. The electrocardiogram (ECG) of normal human body was collected by using the five electrode prototype, and the function of ECG acquisition was realized. Compared with the standard 12-lead electrocardiograph with ten electrodes, the experimental results show that the average error of the two parameters is 3.76, and the waveform matching is very good. The new system has great application prospect in clinical diagnosis and family health care.
