一種新型的波導(dǎo)縫隙頻率可重構(gòu)天線(xiàn)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于硅基等離子體的波導(dǎo)縫隙頻率可重構(gòu)天線(xiàn)。首先對(duì)橫向PIN二極管進(jìn)行了介紹,并以橫向PIN二極管為基礎(chǔ)提出了一種雙橫向PIN二極管結(jié)構(gòu),敘述了雙橫向PIN二極管的工作原理。其次,結(jié)合雙橫向PIN二極管和波導(dǎo)縫隙天線(xiàn),提出了一種新型的波導(dǎo)縫隙頻率可重構(gòu)天線(xiàn),并對(duì)天線(xiàn)進(jìn)行建模與仿真,仿真結(jié)果表明:該天線(xiàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了103.5、104和104.5GHz的頻率可重構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:A waveguide slot frequency reconfigurable antenna based on silicon-based plasma is designed. First, the transverse PIN diode is introduced, and based on the transverse PIN diode, a double transverse PIN diode structure is proposed, and the working principle of the double transverse PIN diode is described. Secondly, a novel waveguide slot frequency reconfigurable antenna is proposed based on double transverse PIN diode and waveguide slot antenna, and the antenna is modeled and simulated. The simulation results show that the frequency reconfiguration of 103.5104 and 104.5GHz is realized.
