毫米波縫隙耦合六角形微帶雙工天線設計

【摘要】:本文設計了一款毫米波的具有高隔離度的微帶雙工貼片天線。天線由雙層同樣厚度的介質板構成,兩條饋電結構置于下層介質板背面,且正交分布形成雙極化,利用縫隙耦合進行饋電,所得能量再輻射到頂層六角形貼片,從而天線能夠得到良好的匹配和較高的隔離,并且具有結構簡單、增益高的優(yōu)點。仿真結果表明,天線兩諧振點分別為54GHz和60GH,端口隔離度可以達到60dB以上,增益分別為4.27 dBi和7.45 dBi,此時輻射效率分別為99.7%和98%。由于天線具有較高的輻射效率和端口隔離度,因此可實現(xiàn)雙工工作。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a millimeter-wave microstrip duplex patch antenna with high isolation is designed. The antenna consists of a double-layer dielectric plate of the same thickness. The two feed structures are placed on the back of the lower dielectric plate, and the orthogonal distribution forms a double polarization. Using slot coupling to feed, the energy is radiated to the top hexagonal patch, so the antenna can get good matching and high isolation, and has the advantages of simple structure and high gain. The simulation results show that, The two resonance points of the antenna are 54GHz and 60GHz, respectively. The isolation of the antenna is above 60dB, and the gain is 4.27 dBi and 7.45 dBi.The radiation efficiency is 99.7% and 98dBi. because the antenna has high radiation efficiency and port isolation, it can realize duplex operation.
