【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網技術和多媒體技術的不斷發(fā)展,視頻監(jiān)控技術已經廣泛應用到單位、企業(yè)、商場及其他公共場所。視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的引用,一方面使單位管理部門能實時監(jiān)控可視區(qū)域,及時處理各種突發(fā)事件;另一方面又可以大大減少不必要的人力、物力,提高工作效率,同時在安全防范和安全管理方面能夠達到宏觀監(jiān)控與微觀取證的效果。隨著監(jiān)控視頻的畫質清晰度越來越高,視頻的存儲量增大,視頻的訪問需求增多,業(yè)務類型日益復雜,而現有的網絡監(jiān)控底層組件已無法進行優(yōu)化更新,只有通過上層軟件和不同的硬件、網絡、存儲等一起整合才能實現人們對高清監(jiān)控圖像的需求,因此基于IP網絡的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應運而生。本文對基于IP網絡的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進行了研究分析,并根據鄭州新鄭綜合保稅區(qū)海關的實際監(jiān)控需求,選取相關硬件,優(yōu)化網絡和數據庫,設計了一套高清數字視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。論文主要研究內容如下:1、比較現有模擬監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和高清數字監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)之間的區(qū)別,根據監(jiān)控需求,提出基于IP網絡的高清視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的方案,并給出系統(tǒng)的功能模塊設計,分析了各個功能模塊之間的關聯(lián)關系;2、通過分析高清視頻的獲取,傳輸和存儲方式,結合應用需求,給出了高清攝像機和編解碼器的選取和接入方式,設計了適合高清視頻傳輸的光纖網絡,并給出了數據庫的訪問結構;3、結合實際應用場景,設計了測試用例,發(fā)現并改進現有問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology and multimedia technology, video surveillance technology has been widely used in units, enterprises, shopping malls and other public places. On the one hand, the management department of the unit can monitor the visual area in real time and deal with all kinds of emergencies in time; On the other hand, it can greatly reduce unnecessary manpower, material resources and improve work efficiency. At the same time, in the aspect of security prevention and security management, we can achieve the effect of macro monitoring and micro forensics. With the increasing clarity of video quality, the storage of video increases, and the demand for access to video increases. Business types are becoming more and more complex, and the existing network monitoring underlying components can no longer be optimized and updated, only through the upper software and different hardware, the network. So the video surveillance system based on IP network emerges as the times require. In this paper, the video surveillance system based on IP network is studied and analyzed. According to the actual monitoring requirements of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive bonded Zone Customs select the related hardware optimize the network and database and design a high-definition digital video surveillance system. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Comparing the differences between the existing analog monitoring system and the high-definition digital monitoring system, according to the monitoring requirements, a high-definition video surveillance system based on IP network is proposed, and the design of the function module of the system is given. The relationship between each function module is analyzed. 2. Through the analysis of the acquisition, transmission and storage of HD video, combining with the application requirements, the selection and access mode of HD video camera and codec are given, and the fiber optic network suitable for HD video transmission is designed. The access structure of the database is also given. 3. Based on the practical application scenario, the test cases are designed to find and improve the existing problems.
