一款小角X射線散射原位測量專用簡易樣品加熱裝置

【摘要】:原位加熱實(shí)驗(yàn)是同步輻射小角X射線散射領(lǐng)域的新熱點(diǎn)。本文針對同步輻射小角X射線散射中需要加熱并原位實(shí)時檢測的實(shí)驗(yàn)而設(shè)計(jì)的一款樣品簡易原位加熱專用裝置,該裝置主要由溫控器、樣品池、固定架組成,它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作容易的特點(diǎn)。本文介紹該裝置的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、特點(diǎn)并采用該裝置進(jìn)行原位加熱干燥褐煤實(shí)驗(yàn),通過分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證裝置的可行性。
[Abstract]:In-situ heating experiment is a new hotspot in the field of small angle synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering. In this paper, a simple in situ heating device for synchrotron radiation in small angle X-ray scattering is designed. The device is mainly composed of a thermostat, a sample pool and a fixed frame. It has a simple structure. Features of ease of operation. In this paper, the basic structure and characteristics of the device are introduced, and the feasibility of the device is verified by analyzing the experimental results of in-situ heating and drying of lignite.
