【摘要】:從惠更斯-菲涅爾原理出發(fā),基于Talbot效應(yīng)推導(dǎo)了周期性結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞的物體衍射像自修復(fù)特性,并進(jìn)行了理論模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證.
[Abstract]:Based on the Huygens-Fresnel principle and the Talbot effect, the self-repairing properties of the diffractive image of the periodically damaged object are derived, and the theoretical simulation and experimental verification are carried out.
