基于VPX總線的艦載相控陣?yán)走_(dá)波控系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:波束控制系統(tǒng)是相控陣?yán)走_(dá)獨(dú)有的,它代替了機(jī)械掃描雷達(dá)中的伺服系統(tǒng)。它的主要職能是在計(jì)算機(jī)的控制下,根據(jù)波束指向代碼,算出每一個(gè)天線陣元上的移相器的移向碼,然后將其傳輸、放大,送到每一個(gè)移相器,從而控制每一個(gè)陣元接收和發(fā)射的相位。因此波束控制系統(tǒng)的高效實(shí)時(shí)性對(duì)于相控陣?yán)走_(dá)是非常重要的。 隨著艦載相控陣?yán)走_(dá)陣元數(shù)目的急劇增長(zhǎng)和任務(wù)多元化,對(duì)波控系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸能力和處理能力也有了更高的要求,F(xiàn)有基于并行總線的CPCI總線或VME總線信號(hào)處理架構(gòu)將無法滿足過高的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸要求和快速的運(yùn)算處理能力,而采用新一代基于高速串行總線的VPX總線信號(hào)處理架構(gòu)通過提高數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率解決了該問題。 文章首先進(jìn)行了相控陣?yán)走_(dá)天線原理的論述與仿真。然后是波束控制理論的研究與仿真,對(duì)于艦載相控陣?yán)走_(dá)特有的電子穩(wěn)定技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究與分析,并針對(duì)軟件算法的運(yùn)算特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了公式簡(jiǎn)化,使得波控計(jì)算機(jī)的程序設(shè)計(jì)得到了一定的簡(jiǎn)化。接著介紹了波控系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)、基本功能以及波控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)中的一些問題,并指出VPX系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)使這些問題得到較好的解決。重點(diǎn)介紹了VPX架構(gòu)及串行RapidIO總線協(xié)議在波控系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。最后是本文的重點(diǎn):波控系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計(jì)。本方案以分布式波控系統(tǒng)為原型,以軟件計(jì)算法為基礎(chǔ),采用基于VPX平臺(tái)的分布式架構(gòu),根據(jù)波控設(shè)計(jì)的原理并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的性能要求,將波控系統(tǒng)劃分成兩大部分來實(shí)現(xiàn),即主波束控制系統(tǒng)和子陣控制系統(tǒng)。詳細(xì)描述了主波束控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)、SRIO底層軟件的開發(fā)以及應(yīng)用軟件的設(shè)計(jì);同時(shí)闡述了子陣控制系統(tǒng)的任務(wù),波控?cái)?shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)算與光纖分配等波控系統(tǒng)的核心內(nèi)容。最終對(duì)波控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果滿足要求。
[Abstract]:Beam control system is unique to phased array radar, which replaces servo system in mechanical scanning radar. Its main function is under the control of the computer, according to the beam pointing code, calculate the shift code of the phase shifter on each antenna element, and then transmit it, amplify it, and send it to each phase shifter. Thus, the phase of receiving and transmitting of each element is controlled. Therefore, the efficient real-time performance of beam control system is very important for phased array radar. With the rapid growth of the number of elements in shipborne phased array radar and the diversification of tasks, the data transmission and processing ability of the wave control system is also required to be higher. The existing CPCI bus or VME bus signal processing architecture based on parallel bus will not meet the high data transmission requirements and fast computing and processing capabilities. A new generation of VPX bus signal processing architecture based on high-speed serial bus is adopted to solve this problem by increasing the data transmission rate. In this paper, the principle of phased array radar antenna is discussed and simulated. Then the research and simulation of beam control theory is carried out, and the electronic stability technology of shipborne phased array radar is studied and analyzed, and the formula is simplified according to the operation characteristic of software algorithm. The program design of the wave control computer is simplified to a certain extent. Then the characteristics and basic functions of the wave control system and some problems in the design and implementation of the wave control system are introduced. It is pointed out that the architecture of the VPX system makes these problems better solved. This paper mainly introduces the VPX architecture and the application of serial RapidIO bus protocol in the wave control system. Finally, it is the focus of this paper: the design of wave control system. This scheme is based on the distributed wave control system, based on the software calculation method, adopts the distributed architecture based on VPX platform, according to the principle of wave control design and the performance requirements of the project, divides the wave control system into two parts. That is, the main beam control system and the subarray control system. The realization of the main beam control system, the development of the SRIO bottom software and the design of the application software are described in detail, and the core contents of the wave control system, such as the task of the sub-array control system, the operation of the wave control data and the distribution of the optical fiber, are also described in detail. Finally, the wave control system is tested, and the test results meet the requirements.
