煤礦井下超寬帶脈沖電路的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:煤炭是我國的重要能源。由于受地質(zhì)條件制約,其開采主要以井下為主。礦井多為數(shù)百米深,作業(yè)地點(diǎn)分散,工作環(huán)境惡劣,事故隱患較多。因此探尋一種適合井下無線通信的技術(shù)對(duì)改善井下安全環(huán)境、增強(qiáng)通信能力顯得十分重要。超寬帶無線通信技術(shù)是一種新興的無線通信技術(shù),與其它無線技術(shù)相比,它具有抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、體積小,高速率、穿透性好等特點(diǎn),更適合煤礦井下特殊環(huán)境的通信。該技術(shù)主要通過超寬帶脈沖進(jìn)行井下數(shù)據(jù)通信,這些極窄脈沖要求具有納秒級(jí)甚至皮秒級(jí)的快速上升時(shí)間,其波形、穩(wěn)定度都將影響到整個(gè)通信系統(tǒng)的可行性,因此超寬帶極窄脈沖的產(chǎn)生成為整個(gè)通信中的一項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。論文闡述了煤礦井下無線通信技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,討論了超寬帶無線通信技術(shù),對(duì)常見的超寬帶脈沖產(chǎn)生方式和脈沖形式進(jìn)行了仿真和分析。然后,基于雪崩三極管雪崩特性設(shè)計(jì)了雙管并聯(lián)的超寬帶脈沖產(chǎn)生電路,該電路采用并行同時(shí)觸發(fā)工作模式,加速了雪崩三極管的放電時(shí)間,通過增加電感使電路的等效負(fù)載增加,通過添加續(xù)流二極管,確保其電路的本質(zhì)安全。接著又針對(duì)不同電路參數(shù)下的超寬帶脈沖電路進(jìn)行了計(jì)算和仿真,分析比較了不同電源電壓、不同電路負(fù)載、不同充電電容下輸出脈沖特性和電路本質(zhì)安全性能;制作了脈沖產(chǎn)生的硬件電路,對(duì)其產(chǎn)生的窄脈沖進(jìn)行了測試、分析和對(duì)比。
[Abstract]:Coal is an important energy source in our country. As a result of the geological condition restriction, its mining is mainly underground. The mine is hundreds of meters deep, the working place is scattered, the working environment is abominable, the accident hidden danger is more. Therefore, it is very important to explore a suitable technology for underground wireless communication to improve the underground safety environment and enhance the communication capability. Ultra-wideband wireless communication technology is a new kind of wireless communication technology. Compared with other wireless technologies, it has the characteristics of strong anti-jamming ability, small size, high speed, good penetration and so on. It is more suitable for the communication of special environment in coal mine. The technology uses ultra-wideband pulse for downhole data communication. These very narrow pulses require a rapid rise time of nanosecond or even picosecond, and their waveforms and stability will affect the feasibility of the whole communication system. Therefore, the generation of ultra-wideband very narrow pulse has become a key technology in the whole communication. In this paper, the research status of underground wireless communication technology in coal mine is described, and the ultra-wideband wireless communication technology is discussed, and the common generation and pulse forms of ultra-wideband pulse are simulated and analyzed. Then, based on the avalanche characteristics of avalanche transistor, an ultra-wideband pulse generation circuit with two parallel tubes is designed. The circuit uses parallel trigger mode to accelerate the discharge time of avalanche transistor. The equivalent load of the circuit is increased by increasing the inductor, and the intrinsic safety of the circuit is ensured by adding the diode. Then the ultra-wideband pulse circuit with different circuit parameters is calculated and simulated, and the output pulse characteristics and the intrinsic safety performance of the circuit are analyzed and compared under different power supply voltage, different circuit load and different charging capacitance. The hardware circuit of pulse generation is made, and the narrow pulse is tested, analyzed and compared.
