低成本數(shù)字高清小型攝像機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:暗訪攝像機(jī)是在對(duì)方當(dāng)事人不知情的情況下,對(duì)真實(shí)的事件現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行記錄,并將記錄的音視頻數(shù)據(jù)作為相關(guān)證據(jù)的一種攝像器材,廣泛應(yīng)用于私人偵探調(diào)查和新聞?dòng)浾哒{(diào)查取證工作。目前出現(xiàn)的暗訪攝像機(jī)大都是利用家用攝像機(jī)和專業(yè)攝像機(jī)改造而成,不利于隱蔽和操作,環(huán)境適用性差,成本普遍較高。研發(fā)一款體積小巧、操作方便、高清低照度并且成本較低的暗訪攝像機(jī)來彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有暗訪攝像機(jī)的缺陷成為眾多用戶的普遍需求。 本文基于對(duì)上述小型暗訪攝像機(jī)的市場(chǎng)需求分析,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了一款高清晰低照度的小型暗訪攝像機(jī),完成的主要工作包括: (1)分析了暗訪攝像機(jī)的發(fā)展歷史,并在分析對(duì)比主流的暗訪攝像機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了本文所要設(shè)計(jì)攝像機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案和軟件設(shè)計(jì)方案。 (2)基于論文提出的硬件設(shè)計(jì)方案,給出了攝像機(jī)硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原理圖,并對(duì)組成硬件系統(tǒng)的微控制器DM368、傳感器和ISP電路、電源電路、DDR存儲(chǔ)電路、NAND FLASH存儲(chǔ)電路、TF卡存儲(chǔ)電路和WIFI接口電路進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)。 (3)搭建了嵌入式軟件開發(fā)平臺(tái),包括TI TMS320DM368平臺(tái)的Linux端軟件架構(gòu)、Linux端驅(qū)動(dòng)程序、Linux端IE控制部分、TCP Server控制部分、WiFi驅(qū)動(dòng)程序設(shè)置,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了手機(jī)終端的Android應(yīng)用程序和通訊控制協(xié)議。 (4)給出了攝像機(jī)的各個(gè)模塊以及整機(jī)實(shí)物圖,搭建了測(cè)試環(huán)境,通過實(shí)際應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了攝像機(jī)的各項(xiàng)功能。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的暗訪攝像機(jī)具有高清晰、低照度、成本低、易控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其視頻分辨率可達(dá):1080p@25f/s;照相分辨率可達(dá):5百萬像素;低照度效果可達(dá)0.1Lux;體積小于1.5cm×5cm,利于用香煙盒或背包進(jìn)行偽裝。持續(xù)錄像時(shí)間可達(dá)1小時(shí)以上,并且可以通過基于安卓操作系統(tǒng)的手機(jī)進(jìn)行無線操作控制。該攝像機(jī)方案應(yīng)該具有良好的實(shí)用性、可靠性并且成本較低,利于市場(chǎng)推廣。
[Abstract]:The undercover camera is a kind of camera device that records the real incident scene without the knowledge of the other party, and uses the recorded audio and video data as the relevant evidence. It is widely used in private detective investigation and journalist investigation. At present, most of the hidden visiting cameras are modified by using domestic cameras and professional cameras, which are not conducive to concealment and operation, poor environmental applicability, and generally high cost. The development of a compact, easy to operate, high-definition, low-illuminance and low cost secret access camera to make up for the shortcomings of the existing camera has become a common demand for many users. Based on the market demand analysis of the small camera, this paper designs and implements a small camera with high definition and low illuminance. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the development history of the camera is analyzed, and based on the analysis and comparison of the mainstream design scheme of the camera, the overall design scheme of the camera is given, including the hardware design and the software design. 2) based on the hardware design scheme proposed in this paper, the principle diagram of camera hardware system is given, and the DM368, sensor and ISP circuits, which constitute the hardware system, are analyzed. The power supply circuit is analyzed and designed in detail. The FLASH FLASH memory circuit, the TF card storage circuit and the WIFI interface circuit are analyzed and designed in detail. The embedded software development platform is built, including the Linux end software architecture of TI TMS320DM368 platform and the Linux end driver. The Android application program and communication control protocol of mobile terminal are designed and implemented. 4) each module of the camera and the physical diagram of the whole machine are given, the testing environment is built, and the functions of the camera are verified by practical application. The camera designed in this paper has the advantages of high definition, low illumination, low cost and easy to control. The video resolution of the camera can reach 10 80p @ 25f / s, and the resolution of camera can reach 5 megapixels. The effect of low illumination can reach 0.1Lux.The volume is less than 1.5cm 脳 5cm, which is suitable for camouflage with cigarette case or backpack. Video recording lasts more than an hour and can be wirelessly controlled via Android phones. The camera scheme should have good practicability, reliability and low cost.
