物聯(lián)網(wǎng)提升紡織企業(yè)節(jié)能減排效果的研究

【摘要】:探討利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術提升紡織企業(yè)節(jié)能減排的效果。通過對紡織企業(yè)能耗數(shù)據(jù)和基礎設施現(xiàn)狀的研究,提出了棉紡織企業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設總體架構,分為能源管理,環(huán)境、儀表與設備管理,數(shù)據(jù)管理3個部分,并詳細介紹數(shù)據(jù)采集部分功能設置。通過對比企業(yè)實施物聯(lián)網(wǎng)前后的能耗情況,結果表明:節(jié)能效果明顯。認為:物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術能夠提高紡織企業(yè)能源利用效率,增強紡織企業(yè)信息化的自動化、智能化水平。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the effect of using Internet of things technology to improve energy saving and emission reduction in textile enterprises. Based on the research on the data of energy consumption and the present situation of infrastructure in textile enterprises, this paper puts forward the overall structure of building the Internet of things in cotton textile enterprises, which is divided into three parts: energy management, environment, instrument and equipment management, data management, etc. The function setting of data acquisition is introduced in detail. By comparing the energy consumption before and after the implementation of the Internet of things, the results show that the energy saving effect is obvious. It is believed that the Internet of things technology can improve the energy utilization efficiency of textile enterprises and enhance the automation and intelligence level of textile enterprises' informatization.
