【摘要】：平原地區(qū)的種植業(yè)在我國占據(jù)著重要地位,但是頻繁發(fā)生的旱澇災害嚴重影響著我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),平原水庫是解決這一問題的有效措施。對平原水庫進行健康評價,保證其正常運營,進而保障農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)已逐步成為人們關注的焦點。但是與山區(qū)水庫相比,平原水庫健康評價的理論和方法都非常缺乏。針對此問題,首先綜合考慮了影響平原水庫健康的各方面因素,進而提出了健康平原水庫的定義;然后在此基礎上建立了包括結構安全、功能效益、生態(tài)環(huán)境和健康穩(wěn)定性4個一級指標以及14個二級指標的平原水庫健康評價體系,按照健康、亞健康、不健康、病態(tài)4個級別進行劃分;最后,針對平原水庫健康評價的模糊特性,選用可變模糊方法對其進行評價。丁東水庫的實例證明,本文構建的平原水庫健康評價指標體系合理、概括性強,基于可變模糊的平原水庫健康評價方法易于理解、操作方便、結果可信度高。
[Abstract]:The planting industry in plain area occupies an important position in our country, but the frequent drought and flood disaster seriously affects the agricultural production in our country. Plain reservoir is an effective measure to solve this problem. Health evaluation of plain reservoir to ensure its normal operation, and then to ensure agricultural production has gradually become the focus of attention. However, compared with mountain reservoirs, the theory and method of plain reservoir health evaluation are very scarce. In order to solve this problem, the factors that affect the health of plain reservoir are considered comprehensively, and then the definition of healthy plain reservoir is put forward. Then, on this basis, the health evaluation system of plain reservoir is established, which includes four first-class indexes: structural safety, functional benefit, ecological environment and health stability, as well as 14 second-level indexes. According to health, sub-health and unhealthy, The pathological four grades were divided into four grades. Finally, according to the fuzzy characteristics of plain reservoir health evaluation, the variable fuzzy method is selected to evaluate the fuzzy characteristics of plain reservoir health evaluation. The example of Dingdong Reservoir proves that the health evaluation index system of plain reservoir constructed in this paper is reasonable and has strong generality. the health evaluation method of plain reservoir based on variable fuzzy is easy to understand, the operation is convenient, and the result is credible.
