基于CATIA的心墻堆石壩施工仿真建模理論與技術(shù)

【摘要】:心墻堆石壩施工往往投資巨大,施工情況復(fù)雜,涉及到土石方的規(guī)劃、施工填筑作業(yè)、場內(nèi)交通運(yùn)輸狀況、開挖和運(yùn)輸機(jī)械的合理配置以及施工導(dǎo)流等。心墻堆石壩施工同時也受到天氣等外部自然環(huán)境的影響,施工過程具有較強(qiáng)的隨機(jī)性和動態(tài)性,難以通過建立簡單的數(shù)學(xué)模型進(jìn)行分析,也很難通過簡單的二維圖紙或圖表數(shù)據(jù)描述復(fù)雜的施工狀況,以及及時發(fā)現(xiàn)堆石壩施工過程中的沖突等問題。因此,如何將施工仿真技術(shù)與三維可視化相結(jié)合,將施工過程更全面、真實(shí)、形象地展示出來,形成動態(tài)的堆石壩施工過程仿真,用以輔助堆石壩施工管理,從而為堆石壩施工組織設(shè)計(jì)、進(jìn)度控制、項(xiàng)目管理提供決策依據(jù),是十分必要的。心墻堆石壩的施工管理水平對于提高堆石壩的建設(shè)水平有很大的影響,堆石壩的施工動態(tài)仿真能為堆石壩的施工管理提供有力支持。目前堆石壩施工動態(tài)仿真研究多是基于施工仿真結(jié)果構(gòu)建三維可視化系統(tǒng),但是系統(tǒng)中三維模型不易被修改,且提供的施工信息量有限。針對這些問題,本文將CATIA引入到心墻堆石壩施工仿真建模中,提出了以CATIA為基礎(chǔ)的堆石壩施工動態(tài)仿真4D模型的構(gòu)架。首先在CATIA平臺上建立水利水電工程的施工場景,關(guān)鍵技術(shù)包括骨架設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)、參數(shù)化技術(shù)、知識工程技術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)過程模塊化技術(shù)等,并采用參數(shù)化技術(shù)建立堆石壩三維模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了三維模型的快速修改更新;同時,利用二次開發(fā)技術(shù)建立了具有擴(kuò)展屬性的堆石壩三維模型,這不僅提供了施工場景,還提供了大壩的形體參數(shù)、道路節(jié)點(diǎn)信息等施工信息;最后以某心墻堆石壩為例,建立了基于CATIA的心墻堆石壩施工仿真4D模型及系統(tǒng)平臺,實(shí)現(xiàn)了堆石壩施工過程的三維動態(tài)表達(dá);利用3D XML為數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于B/S的堆石壩施工4D模型的遠(yuǎn)程交互。為堆石壩施工管理提供重要理論與技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:The construction of core wall rockfill dam is often with huge investment and complex construction situation, which involves earthwork planning, construction filling operation, transportation condition in the site, reasonable allocation of excavation and transportation machinery and construction diversion, etc. At the same time, the construction of core wall rockfill dam is also affected by weather and other external natural environment. The construction process has strong randomness and dynamics, so it is difficult to analyze by establishing a simple mathematical model. It is also difficult to describe the complex construction condition by simple two-dimensional drawing or chart data, as well as to find out the conflict in the construction process of rockfill dam in time. Therefore, how to combine the construction simulation technology with 3D visualization, show the construction process more comprehensively, truthfully and vividly, and form a dynamic simulation of the construction process of rockfill dam, which can be used to assist the construction management of rockfill dam. Therefore, it is very necessary to provide decision-making basis for construction organization design, schedule control and project management of rockfill dam. The construction management level of the core wall rockfill dam has a great influence on improving the construction level of the rockfill dam. The construction dynamic simulation of the rockfill dam can provide strong support for the construction management of the rockfill dam. At present, most of the research on dynamic simulation of rockfill dam construction is based on the results of construction simulation to construct three-dimensional visualization system, but the three-dimensional model in the system is not easy to be modified, and the construction information provided is limited. In order to solve these problems, this paper introduces CATIA into the construction simulation modeling of core wall rockfill dam, and puts forward the framework of dynamic simulation 4D model of rockfill dam construction based on CATIA. Firstly, the construction scene of water conservancy and hydropower project is established on CATIA platform, the key technologies include skeleton design technology, parametric technology, knowledge engineering technology and design process modularization technology, and the three-dimensional model of rockfill dam is established by using parametric technology. The rapid modification and update of 3D model is realized. At the same time, the three-dimensional model of rockfill dam with extended attributes is established by using the secondary development technology, which not only provides the construction scene, but also provides the construction information such as the shape parameters of the dam, road joint information and so on. Finally, taking a core wall rockfill dam as an example, the 4D model and system platform of core wall rockfill dam construction simulation based on CATIA are established, and the three-dimensional dynamic expression of rockfill dam construction process is realized. The remote interaction of 4D model of rockfill dam construction based on B / S is realized by using 3D XML as data conversion technology. It provides important theoretical and technical support for the construction management of rockfill dam.
