瀾滄江-湄公河航道哈樂(lè)灘礙航特性及整治措施

【摘要】:瀾滄江-湄公河航道上哈樂(lè)灘具有彎、淺、險(xiǎn)、窄、急等特點(diǎn)。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查資料,結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果,分析了哈樂(lè)灘成灘原因及礙航特性。哈樂(lè)灘右岸楠羅河山洪沖出的石塊及大卵石堆積在溪口形成沖洪積扇,近年來(lái)沖積扇發(fā)育,進(jìn)一步侵占河床泄水?dāng)嗝?同時(shí)岸線凹凸不平,導(dǎo)致灘險(xiǎn)上段水流彎曲,中段坡陡流急,船舶枯水上灘困難。針對(duì)哈樂(lè)灘灘險(xiǎn)成因及礙航特點(diǎn),提出炸礁和修筑整治建筑物結(jié)合的措施,解決灘險(xiǎn)礙航問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Lancang-Mekong channel Hale beach has bend, shallow, dangerous, narrow, urgent and other characteristics. On the basis of field investigation data and mathematical model calculation results, the causes and navigation hindrance characteristics of Hale Beach are analyzed. The rocks and large pebbles flushed out of the mountain torrents of the Nanluo River on the right bank of Hale Beach formed alluvial fan at the mouth of the stream. In recent years, alluvial fans have developed, further encroaching on the drainage section of the riverbed, and at the same time, the bank line is uneven, resulting in the water flow bending in the upper section of the beach danger. The steeply current of the middle slope makes it difficult for the ship to go up to the beach with low water. In view of the cause of formation of Hale beach danger and the characteristics of hindrance to navigation, the measures of combination of reef blasting and building renovation are put forward to solve the problem of hindrance to navigation in Hale beach.
