【摘要】：在收集整理與故縣水庫大壩中孔運用相關資料、分析故縣水庫原設計情況的基礎上,按中下游水庫群現(xiàn)狀和小浪底水庫正常運用期兩種情況,進行黃河中下游水庫群前汛期聯(lián)合防洪調(diào)度計算及后汛期故縣水庫單庫調(diào)洪計算,分析故縣水庫前、后汛期大壩中孔退出防洪運用對故縣水庫、洛河下游及黃河下游防洪的影響。故縣水庫大壩中孔退出防洪運用,前汛期故縣水庫20 a一遇洪水最高水位為543.20 m,未超過移民水位544.20 m;萬年一遇洪水最高水位為549.66 m,未超過551.02 m的設計指標�；▓@口站洪峰流量最大變幅為100 m~3/s,10 000 m~3/s以上洪水洪量最大變幅為0.32億m~3,對東平湖和北金堤滯洪區(qū)的運用標準基本無影響。后汛期故縣水庫大壩中孔退出防洪運用方案對故縣水庫設計洪水位、校核洪水位等特征水位基本無影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the collection and arrangement and the application of the relevant data in the reservoir of the reservoir of the old county, the present situation of the reservoir in the middle and lower reaches and the normal operation period of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir are analyzed on the basis of the analysis of the original design of the reservoir in the county. The calculation of flood control and flood control in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River before and after the flood season and the flood control of the reservoir in the old county of the flood season are calculated, and the effect of the application of the flood control on the flood control of the reservoir, the downstream of the Luohe and the downstream of the Yellow River is analyzed before and after the reservoir in the county. After the flood season, the flood control application program of the middle hole of the dam in the reservoir of the county reservoir has no effect on the design flood level and the check flood level of the reservoir in the old county.
