摻氧化鎂混凝土的安定性試驗方法與判定準則

【摘要】:氧化鎂水化時具有體積膨脹和水化速度較水泥礦物慢的特點,內(nèi)摻或外摻氧化鎂一直是解決混凝土后期收縮開裂問題的研究方向,但其延滯性膨脹可能影響混凝土體積的安定性。目前,摻氧化鎂混凝土的安定性判定方法和判定準則決定了氧化鎂的使用效果和安全性,基于氧化鎂壓蒸安定性試驗,從安定性判定的目的出發(fā),分析探討了現(xiàn)有多種試驗方法和判定準則的合理性,并指出后續(xù)研究的側(cè)重點。
[Abstract]:Magnesium oxide hydration has the characteristics of volume expansion and slower hydration rate than cement mineral. It is always the research direction to solve the problem of shrinkage cracking of concrete with or without magnesium oxide. But its hysteretic expansion may affect the stability of concrete volume. At present, the determination method and criterion of the stability of concrete doped with magnesium oxide determine the effect and safety of the use of magnesium oxide. Based on the pressure steaming stability test of magnesium oxide, starting from the purpose of judging the stability, The reasonableness of various existing test methods and criteria is discussed, and the emphasis of further research is pointed out.
