有重力墩拱壩的優(yōu)化設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:復(fù)雜工程地質(zhì)條件的拱壩常設(shè)置重力墩結(jié)構(gòu),針對拱壩及其重力墩的體型對整體工程安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響,以壩體-重力墩混凝土方量為目標(biāo)函數(shù),將《混凝土拱壩設(shè)計規(guī)范》要求的限制倒懸度、主應(yīng)力、中心角等作為約束條件,基于ANSYS有限元分析軟件的計算模塊和優(yōu)化設(shè)計模塊進(jìn)行二次開發(fā),并采用復(fù)合形法作為拱壩優(yōu)化設(shè)計的基本算法對拱壩進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,拱壩體型優(yōu)化后混凝土體積比初擬體型體積減小12.00%,具有一定的工程實際意義。
[Abstract]:Gravity piers are often set up in arch dams with complex engineering geological conditions. In view of the effect of the shape of arch dams and their gravity piers on the safety and economy of the whole project, the concrete square of the dam body and gravity pier is taken as the objective function. Taking the restricted inverted suspension, principal stress and center angle required by the Code for Design of concrete Arch dams as constraint conditions, the calculation module and optimization design module of ANSYS finite element analysis software are used for secondary development. The composite method is used as the basic algorithm for the optimization design of arch dam. The results show that the volume of concrete after arch dam shape optimization is 12.00 less than that of initial shape, which is of practical significance in engineering.
