【摘要】：河南省焦作市供水博愛(ài)線(xiàn)在與南水北調(diào)中線(xiàn)總干渠交叉處采取水平定向鉆穿越的施工方式,為了確�？偢汕斔陌踩�,采取了多項(xiàng)技術(shù)保障措施。具體闡述了泥漿置換方案比選、灌漿管預(yù)埋施工、置換泥漿配比選擇、環(huán)空泥漿改良性能評(píng)價(jià)等方面需注意的問(wèn)題,并提出了大孔徑水平定向鉆環(huán)空泥漿置換改良施工技術(shù)、評(píng)價(jià)以及優(yōu)化改進(jìn)建議。相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)可供類(lèi)似工程借鑒。
[Abstract]:The construction method of horizontal directional drill crossing between Boai line of water supply in Jiaozuo City Henan Province and the main canal of South-to-North Water transfer Project is adopted. In order to ensure the safety of water conveyance in the main canal a number of technical guarantee measures have been taken. The problems of mud replacement scheme comparison, grouting pipe pre-burying construction, replacement slurry ratio selection, annulus mud improvement performance evaluation, etc., are expounded in detail. The improved construction technology of large aperture horizontal directional drilling annulus mud replacement is put forward. Evaluate and optimize suggestions for improvement. Relevant experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
