基于激光掃描原理的引張線儀設(shè)計

【摘要】:大壩一旦出現(xiàn)安全隱患,會對人民的生命財產(chǎn)安全帶來威脅。如果發(fā)生事故,則會帶來不可挽回的巨大災(zāi)害及損失。因此對大壩采取安全監(jiān)測措施極為重要。隨著大壩安全監(jiān)測不斷向自動化監(jiān)測方向發(fā)展,對安全監(jiān)測自動化測量儀的需求就顯得尤為突出。 本文基于激光掃描原理,設(shè)計了一種自動測量引張線儀,對大壩安全監(jiān)測中的一項重要的監(jiān)測指標(biāo),即水平位移進(jìn)行自動化監(jiān)測。針對常用的幾種引張線儀,從工作原理及特性進(jìn)行全方位比較,提出了引張線儀的一種新的實現(xiàn)方法。 以激光二極管發(fā)射的激光作為光源,以光電二極管作為光信號接收器接收位置信息,并進(jìn)行光電轉(zhuǎn)換及二值化處理,以STM32F107為主控制器,進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集計算,得到水平位移數(shù)據(jù),并自動保存測量結(jié)果于控制器片內(nèi)FLASH中。 基于Cortex-M3內(nèi)核的STM32F107控制器,移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),采用μC/GUI多任務(wù)圖形用戶接口,通過TFTLCD觸摸顯示屏進(jìn)行人機(jī)交互操作,實現(xiàn)實時時間設(shè)置及顯示,機(jī)器號廊道號設(shè)置及顯示,手動測量及自動測量任務(wù),USB數(shù)據(jù)下載任務(wù),,以及通過RS485通訊接口與上位機(jī)通訊等各項任務(wù)的實現(xiàn)與任務(wù)調(diào)度。 根據(jù)大壩安全監(jiān)測的需求分析,提出了引張線儀的總體方案,詳細(xì)闡述了基于激光掃描原理的引張線儀的實現(xiàn)原理,給出了硬件設(shè)計與軟件實現(xiàn),進(jìn)行了誤差及穩(wěn)定性實驗,符合行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實現(xiàn)了體積小、自動化、成本低的目的。

The laser emitted by the laser diode is used as the light source, the photodiode as the light signal receiver to receive the position information, and the photoelectric conversion and binary processing are carried out. The data are collected and calculated with STM32F107 as the main controller, and the horizontal displacement data are obtained.
