Z形薄壁堰過流能力試驗

【摘要】:鑒于Z形堰的水流特性及過流能力尚未見到相關報道,為研究Z形堰的過流能力,采用概化水工模型,進行了6個堰型方案、12組流量的水工模型試驗。結果表明,Z形堰的過流能力大于直線堰,且Z形堰的展寬比越大,流量擴大倍數越大;Z形堰的流量計算可采用通用的堰流公式,其綜合流量系數與堰上水深、堰高、展長、前堰寬、后堰寬等因素有關,展寬比、前后堰寬比越大,流量系數越大;堰上水深與堰高之比越大,流量系數越小。利用試驗數據給出了考慮堰上水深與堰高之比、展寬比、前后堰寬比等因素的Z形堰流量系數估算公式。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that the flow characteristics and overcurrent capacity of Z Weir have not been reported, in order to study the overflow capacity of Z Weir, six Weir schemes and 12 groups of flow rate hydraulic model tests have been carried out in order to study the over flow capacity of Z Weir. The results show that the excess flow capacity of Z Weir is greater than that of straight Weir, and the larger the widening ratio of Z Weir is, the greater the discharge expansion multiple is, and the general Weir flow formula can be used to calculate the flow rate of Z Weir, and the comprehensive flow coefficient and the depth of the Weir, the height and the length of the Weir can be calculated. The width of the front Weir and the width of the Weir are related to each other. The widening ratio, the bigger the ratio of the width to the width of the Weir, the greater the discharge coefficient, and the greater the ratio of the water depth to the height of the Weir, the smaller the flow coefficient. Based on the experimental data, a formula for estimating the flow coefficient of Z-shaped Weir considering the ratio of water depth on Weir to Weir height, the ratio of width to width, and the ratio of Weir width to width before and after is given.
